The only problem I've had with Do It Tennis is not receiving email confirmations of our orders, and therefore no tracking numbers. This happened with my first order, and now my third order. The orders always arrive quickly, and the items are as expected. But, as with everyone else, we are busy and want to know when our package is scheduled to arrive. I emailed to Customer Service, but had no response on this issue.

I was shocked at the condition of the Prince Women's tennis shoes I received this morning. They had been worn with dirty and worn soles and disgusting inner sole stains. I called Do It Tennis immediately upon receipt of them. They came in a plain brown box in a shrink wrapped mailing bag. The box was obviously not the Prince box associated with new shoes. I have ordered from Do It Tennis before and had had no previous problems. This was totally unacceptable. Now they are sending me a label to return the shoes to them, so I now have to wait for the label, then rewrap the the shoes, and then make a trip to the post office. I have to wait until Monday to see if they have a "new" pair of shoes to replace them with. If not, they have to receive these shoes back before they can process my credit card credit, which will take at least 3 days for the shoes to get to CA from SC and another several days to issue the credit. This has not been a good experience.
