Doba do a wonderful job setting you up but after that you need to knuckle down and do the work yourself, add new products, rewrite descriptions, research marketing. If you want a dropshipping business I would recommend using these folks as personally I had a wonderful experience and I am very happy with my custom store but now I am working on it every day!

Working with the Doba support team is one of my best Ecommerce experiences I have. I am very new at dropshipping concept and has no clue how to go about it，they answer you fast and gad you step by step. They helped me very fast with the problem I had.

Doba's Model of money is by having people sign up and pay for their service. The prices on off brand items are insane. You can brand name goods cheaper in a retail store than what they offer. Their profit margin is by item to seller not by quantity. Again straight trash.

Even after a year I can email my Customer manager and she always helpsme with anything I need. Also she replies no later than next day.

Please take my word, and please stay away from DOBA. Don't waste your money paying to their subscription, because you will line up not selling anything. Many items have higher price on DOBA compared to other online ecommerce retailers (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.). I signed up with their quarterly plan for $98.97 and no single interest or sell on the item I posted on my e-shop, because my prices are way higher compare other competitors. Well, I just wasted 3 months and some bucks for this lesson, so hope anyone reading my review will take this into consideration before signing up with DOBA.

Ordered ~$12K through DOBA from various sellers, many shipped slow and some orders were wrong. Some even cancelled though we tried to be selective in what stores we worked with based on their fulfillment rates. Customer support wouldn't help us at all, allowed one store to scam us ~$600+, we tried for months to work it out but the store and customer support are both in China so they don't care about USA companies, they would argue with us, pretend not to understand, and then ghost us, we spoke to several representatives, it was clear that they just didn't want to help. One of their common excuses was to say we (the customer) needed to send photos of the missing items (half of patio set), which obviously doesn't make sense and isn't a doable request. Totally unreliable company.

I have had issues with two drop shipping businesses on Doba. I can not get anyone from DOBA to to help me resolve any issues. I feel there is no protection to any of us who use their service. I tried using the messenger and sending a direct email to my rep. I had to refund multiple orders for my customers because of slow shipping- even from US based businesses'. They claim to ship in 2-3 days and somethings I waited weeks, on I am on a month. I am going to be out of $300 bucks because I likely will not get my refund.

Don't even try.
You will never get out without regretting your money and time.
All their items are on sale on eBay or amazon. You will never sale even 1 item because you can't list at a competitive price.

1. Listing items at ebay is failed in the most time. 2. There is no margin with competitor. 3. processing time is too long to ship to the customer. 4. Your customer will sue your website or ebay due to angry like a angry bird... please beware this scam and find another source of dropshipping

I paid for their service by the month, placed 15 orders after selling the products on eBay. These orders were never shipped and resulted in negative feedback from buyers due to their scam site. PayPal holds the funds from eBay purchases, making it easy to refund customers. However, I have lost 3785. 26 out of my pocket for orders placed through DOBA that were never shipped. I requested a refund for each transaction, been over 30 days now, and still no refund! Have sent emails and live chat messages 15 times, no answer to either one. There is no support or contact phone number listed.

This has resulted in BBB complaints and police involvement. Too much money lost not to get the police involved. Stay away from DOBA and use Inventory source!
