You appear to be going all digital, which no elderly woman is going to want. Slowly losing business. Also, confusing checkout.

Not sure if I orderedd the same thing twice or not. You took my credit card once, and then had me update my profile and order it again using the same credit card. Very confusing. Disliked this process.

Prices are still good but have been creeping up, just like everything else.

I renewed for 1 year a few months ago, and the expiration date on my magazine successfully changed to reflect the new expiration date.

Now comes the real test. I just saw another offer for the same magazine and decided to Renew for another year. I hope it gets successfully added to extend my subscription, and that I don't end up getting 2 every month.

Excellent previous experience and plan to continue ordering from this company—strongly recommend for all magazine purchases (just subscribed for 3yrs of The Economist at tremendous savings over regular price)
