In August of 2023 I requested an address change with discount magazine for national geographic for kids. This was for my grandson. I have received several emails regarding the delay but as of February of 2024 my grandson has still not received the magazine at the new address. What can be so hard about an address change. My next choice is to cancel the subscription and start a brand new one. I think they should be able to handle that. I don't understand the confusion, it's never been this difficult before.
I have been a customer of Discount Mags for a long time. No problems that their excellent customer service didn't handle. My main magazine supplier.
Update: discount mags reached out to me and apologized for what happened and said it should not have occurred, they said the person i dealt with was no longer with them, they also gave me a full refund and a 10 dollar certificate to be used on the site for all my trouble. So thank you discount mags for getting me my refund.
I ordered the civil war times through discount mags back in april of 2023, i was thinking it was a actual magazine subscription not digital (which months later i was told it was digital) so not what i ordered and then as i waited to get my magazines in the mail after 3 to 4 months, i never received anything, i contacted discount mags, they told me to email the publisher,which i did, i gave them my order # and all my personal info and even registered on their web page, and i get the message my email wasnt recognized and then asking for my account # off the label of magazine (which i never received) so that they could help me. After going back and forth with discount mags about the issues and them only telling me to contact the publisher i told them about a week ago i want a full refund that i paid back in april of 2023 for merchandise i never received, they replied back a week later saying we apologize for your inconvenience but since your purchase has surpassed 6 months your not eligible for a refund, but we will give you a gift certificate for the price of the subscription. Now how does this work, i contacted them about this issue with in 6 months telling them about the problem, then i get informed its a digital subscription which i never was informed before my original purchase. Then i did everything they told me to do and i never got any help from the publisher of the magazine i ordered (civil war times) and now after i did all of that, and it exceeds the 6 months,(which they could have told me about back then) now im not eligible for a refund? Only a gift subscription for my price of the subscription? That seems totally wrong, illegal, bad business practices etc. etc. Im not sure what i will do now since i dont really think im interested in any of the other magazines they have, and yet i dont what to lose my money, but im not interested in getting a gift subscription for another magazine that i had no interest in just to get something for my money.so no, im not happy with discount mags or the publisher of civil war times (who still hasnt replied to my last email from about a month ago by the way)so i cant see myself doing business with discount mags or recommending them to anyone else, or the publisher of civil war times. Very bad business practices

I use this site to get the occasional craft magazine that I'm not able to purchase where I live. I like the fact that I can just get a single copy rather than a yearly subscription. The magazine are digital so I get them almost instantly.

From finding the magazine you want to paying for it, they don't make the experience easy. The only + is that their prices are ALMOST worth the hassle.

Answer: Hello Michele, You can find this information in your Order Confirmation email, which was sent to the email used at the time of purchase. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders. There will be an estimated delivery date in that email, keep in mind this is only an estimate as we do not ship magazines, and publishers do not use tracking. If you need anything else, let me know.
Answer: Discount Mags has a website that allows you to choose from hundreds of different types of magazines. From Good Housekeeping to Car and Driver. They have many different categories to choose from. Their subscription prices are very reasonable. Also the customer service is absolutely the best. Check out their website. Answer: Hi Diane. That would depend on the actual magazine and the frequency in which it prints. I can give a better estimate if you can provide the title(s). Do you mean 15-20 of the same magazine as a bulk order or 15-20 different magazines? Regardless, shipping time is industry standard for each publisher and would be the same regardless of where you order. One retailer cannot ship a magazine any quicker than another retailer since it's all being printed and shipped from the same place.
Answer: Hi Susan, you can certainly renew through DiscountMags but I fear there may be a slight lapse in your subscription if you renew 30 days before expiration. We recommend that customers submit renewal 60-90 days before expiration to guarantee there isn't a lapse.
Answer: Nanci, the delivery estimate range on New Yorker for your order is between 12/05/2020 and 01/02/2021 as stated on the order confirmation page and in email. Believe us, if there was a way to get subscriptions to customers sooner, we would! This is industry standard no matter where you place the order. We do not print and deliver the magazines ourselves. We work with thousands of publishers all of which handle their own printing and delivery.
