Do not use their website! http://www.officialiphoneunlock.co.uk is a scam! I can confirm it! I have been scamed like all the others. They are very active on the internet by writing positive fake reviews and reporting negative ones!
You pay for the service and then they ask for more money and then just disapear, state, that the iphone is blacklisted or something

Well i paid 19.99 pre order for icloud unlock service they asked for extra 30 pounds 2 days later Then week later they email me saying they couldnt unlock the phone as the phone didnt have a clean imei. They said they give trade credit to unlock another phone i have another imei to use to unlock when i try to use the credits

Don't believe the positive reviews, it's really a scam. Paid £70(£19,99 upfront) and then after 10 day Stephanie emailed me that the phone was barred/lost/stolen, which was not true, i've checked this 3 times before i submitted the IMEI to officialunlock.co.uk... I hope they suffocate very slowly... BTW Stephanie who is emailing back is infact a huge paki from Belize...
Switch and Bait! They will ask about $30 pretending that is how much service cost, and come back withing a day and demand $50.00! $30 is for "pre-service" whatever that means. I doubt they actually unlock clouds accounts because most of those reviews are fake! Don't waste your money! Please DON"T!
I paid for my iPhone 6 to be unlocked. I got an email a couple of days after to say that it has been unlocked but it still doesn't work. I paid for another check to be done on the phone and forwarded to the sales office to be escalated. I heard nothing for days and when I resend the email. I got an incomprehensible reply starting with "Exactly." from a Stephanie which was not helpful and I am still waiting for a reply.
My phone iPhone 6 was locked to Vodapfone and after paying £60 to unlock it had to wait 10 days to be unlocked, it's still not unlocked. Comes up with a message " no sim" I have followed all the steps they said but still not working. I will not get my money back and it's been a Waste time and money.
Filled in the form and sent request off, couple of days later received email phone is unlocked, put sim in phone and all working. Great service

Stay away from this company. Don't bother with the positive reviews. They are fake reviews they've paid people $5 to write. This company makes millions from scamming people and no one can seemingly stop them.
They have perfected the art of scamming people and are lining their pockets with money from the unsuspecting public. Their website is desgined to pull you in with all the fake positive reviews.
Then they know just what to say to get you to make multiple payments to them. You will end up with your phone still locked and out more than $100.
If after reading this many negative reviews you still go on to buy their service because of their fake positive reviews, then you are only to blame.
Any reputable company offering unlocking service will accept paypal. They won't accept it because they know it's easy to file a dispute with paypal.
They also say in their terms and conditions that if you go online and write negative reviews about them, they'll charge your credit card a defammation charge of $3,000. That is just a threat because they know people will write negative reviews about their scam. And that is why they create all these fake positive reviews to try and counter the real negative reviews.
Stay away from them.

I asked for an Iphone 5 locked to Vodafone to be unlocked and before I new it it was all done and complete. Phone now works great - thankyou A++++++ service
It took almost a month to unlock, anyway, when it was unlocked everything went well!
The costs were miss leading and not very clear. I tried speaking to someone twice each time I was on hold for OVER an hour, I gave up waiting before anyone bothered to answer my call.
I would not recommend your company to anyone else.
For the time of the year I thought it was really fast with unlocking my phone would recommend to anyone as best out there at unlocking to all networks
