Wanted to unlock phone and this service was great And made it easy to do. I put my information in and in 3 days they sent me a code.
Needed to unlock a phone for one of my grandparents, Direct unlocks contacted EE whom couldn't unlock the phone so then proceeded to contact the Huawei directly, I was estimated 10 days to receive a code but received within 2!, Fantastic service would recommend 100%

Auch wenn es etwas teurer ist, bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Als die 99% drei Tagen standen wurde ich nervös. Support hat schnell geantwortet. Doch am vierten Tag war es soweit und ich habe gleich eine eSim in Betrieb genommen. Läuft! Also ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen für alle die ein aktuelles iPhone besitzen.
At the begining of the process I was not sure if this site was goung to be able to unlock my old Samsung S8 from my previous carrier (Eastlink Canada), and after being asked for the 2nd payment (the fee for actually unlocking the device), I started thinking this could be a scam, and the progress bar/percentage not moving up was not helping.
However, after less than 36 hrs later I got the email with the NCK/MCK unlock codes.
I followed the very simple instructions on the email and my phone is carrier free, and currently using a Public Mobile carrier chip.
