For the second (and last time) I purchased a product from the website only to get a cancellation email a few days later. I found a really good deal on a laptop, paid the asking price, and waited for my tracking number. Instead of that I received an email stating there was no inventory of the item and my account was being temporarily suspended due to unpaid orders. The only orders with any issues are the ones they cancelled. So I went back to the website to see if I could find the laptop, and sure enough, there it was for sale again except now for a higher price.

This people sort through all the pallets and sell u junk. Don't waste ur money. There is other resources out there. They sell by the piece, pallet, and trucks. All junk

I bought a 3 pallet deal. Did not buy one at a time was a 3 pallet deal. They sent me a email saying they cancelled my order. Turns out that they only cancelled the best pallet saying it was lost. Told them to just cancel the entire order if I was not getting the best pallet with it. They then tell me they have already shipped it and if I refuse the order it will be a 30 percent restock fee for something I did not order. They should have contacted me before they shipped if they were not shipping my entire order!

I purchased two orders from this business the first order I've never been able to print or open an invoice for pick up the order was paid in full the second order I purchased an Apple Watch sex with GPS and cellular and a warranty they sent me an Apple Watch three basic and are now telling me that they have to investigate the issue when it's clearly written on the side of the box the product came in they wrote the wrong order number on it so now I am with out any productsAnd every time I call I get hung up on over $600 in product and I have nothing

This company owes me $ 8000 since november and refuses to pay me

Be aware of falsely advertised merchandise. They will say it is this, when it is not. I bought phones there that said they were unlocked; after sending these overseas, I found out they weren't unlocked. When I reach out to them, they told unfortunately they can't do anything about because it has passed 90 days. After being told to send them the IMEI numbers to get them unlocked remotely, I was told thereafter they can't because it is over 90 days. Make sure you know what you are getting and try a different liquidation if you want to be guaranteed you are getting rightly advertised merchandise. I will not be ordering from them again.

My overall experience with Direct Liquidation is good, both with the products I've purchased (over 40 pallets) and customer service. Reading through the past reviews from DL customers plus adding my experience, the MSRP is not entirely correct. Please do your homework and check the items on the Manifest by coping the individual items under the title on the manifest and pasting them in your search bar. Doing this will help check the prices from multiple vendors!

Anyone that has used the shipping calculator estimator knows that it's off; my experience is to add $40 to $70 depending on the products being purchased.

There are bugs to work through, that's with all business ventures, but with an excellent customer service on the customer's side those bugs can be worked through; I give DL FIVE stars.

I love Direct Liquidation. From great pallets to awesome customer service. I am not sure why people are complaining about damaged items... you know that is possible BEFORE you purchase. I am always please with my purchases and if for some reason something isn't right, I give them a call or chat and they will make it right!
