I ordered 4 hardcover Photo books for our 4 great grandchildren and am so impressed with the books and the service. They turned out better then I could even imagine. The quality of the cover, pages and the reproduction of my pictures is excellent - colors are vibrant. I had occasion to use the chat line many times with my questions - always with great success - quick and helpful answers and I also contacted Courtney in customer service who was not only very nice but able to resolve my problem. My shipping was only 11 days. My whole experience with this company has been AWESOME and I definately want to do business with them again. If your considering doing photo books for gifts "Go for it". We've now ordered 2 personalised books for our grandson. They were both so nice, the stories and illustrations great. Delivery was very prompt, all in all a really satisfactory experience.
I ordered some fabulous books from Dinkleboo and through no fault of the company they never arrived. However, once I contacted them to let them know that I did not receive them, Jessica was back to me in literally minutes and could not of helped me enough. I was offered a refund or the option to reorder the books and once I confirmed that i wanted to reorder i once again had the order confirmation within minutes. This is excellent customer service and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thanks Jessica

I ordered 2 personalized books for my granddaughter. They shipped them UPS to Canada Post. UPS says delivered we never received them, UPS and Canada Post say to contact the sender. After 3 emails to Dinkleboo all I get is a link to click that when I do says the page no longer exists. No way to contact them.
I ordered books for my grandaughters, they are beautiful. The graphics are so vibrant and crisp. The names I asked to be added are all in the books. The quality is even better than I expected. They say soft paper books but the pages are thicker then I thought will not easily be ruined. I love them and will order again
I ordered 2 hard cover books. May 8 /20, after 6 weeks, I have received neither book... Sarah at customer service apologized for the wait but did nothing else to track my books or explain the delays... at $25.98 abook this is unacceptable! Someone please help!

I was pleasantly surprised at what great costumer service this company has. I ordered a story book and did not see that you can to add a dedication. I was very disappointed about this as i wanted to make the book super special and adorable for my sisters.
I emailed dinkleboo and they offered me a special coupon to use in my next order as they were unable to still add the dedication for me.
I have not yet seen the printed book but i have no doubt that it will be amazing and my sisters will be overjoyed.

This is a great company! My order was shipped to the incorrect address and they notified me and managed to re send to correct address. LaQuita was my customer service rep and she was amazing.

Answer: Hi Lynette, Both the soft and hard cover contain the same inside pages. It's just the cover that's slightly different. Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
