Scammers, bought Settlers New Allies (Epic Games account containing the game) from a seller called "
VooDoo_Gaming", didn`t work to activate it because of region restriction, asked for refund, seller refused, told me to solve it with Epic Games support, they couldn`t do anything about it either, tried to make ticket to support on this website 3 times to say that seller is refusing refund (and he was also rude to me saying "just change your s**t on the account and it will work"), they were closing down my ticket without even replying back, 4th time they told me to speak with the seller (useless since he is refusing the refund), contacted my bank for a chargeback and left a negative review, i`m assuming my bank contacted this scamming website because the seller said he will refund me but only if I delete my negative review that I left for them, even the website manager emailed me threatening that I won`t get the refund if I don`t delete the negative review, too bad I cannot put screenshots here to prove all of this, avoid at all costs. I even got pop-up message from Trustpilot when I came here to leave the review saying that "This website (diffmark.com) is leaving fake positive reviews, we are deleting them" so there you have it, all those positive reviews are fake probably.

I found this site a bit by chance while looking for the bus game for Steam and I found many purchase options from various sellers. I personally chose VooDoo_Gaming and I must say that I enjoyed it, apart from a few misunderstandings because it was the first time I had used this site, the seller proved to be very reliable.

I asked for a refund cause I don't want another ps account in my ps and the said it can't be done. Avoid their services, rather give more to a legit service than theirs.

I bought fifa23 and it lasted for only for 3 days and they changed the password and sold it to another customer. All effort to get replace or refund my money failed. They are scammers. Nobody should buy from them.

I do not recommend buying from this website. The terms of sale for the purchased games are deceptive. It seems like you're making a purchase, but in reality, you never become the owner of the game. The seller only allows you to use a stolen account, which belongs to someone unclear, and it can be blocked at any time. The seller refused to refund my money, and the page administrator only pretends to help. In reality, they work together with the seller. They don't care about their customer. They wrote to me that the product was delivered, but I never received any game.

I was lucky because my bank refunded my money. If you don't want to end up with a stolen account, don't engage with this seller and this website.

Bought baldurs gate and somewhere on a page in fine print it says its offline mode only. Such a scam! Dont buy anything from them

First:
Not transparent advertising of products with RESTRICTIONS.

Secondly:
There is no field/pop-up where you would indicate clear agreement and acceptance of the product with the mentioned restrictions, you do it by default.

Thirdly:
As a site for online sales, they do not have a clear refund service, which is a given for every product purchased online.

Fourthly:
They don't care at all about the satisfaction of your customers, which certainly leads to a lot of dissatisfied users, bad reviews and similar actions. Only SCAM sites have this form of business.

When they took my money the website showed many units available for the game that I bought, and a delivery time of 1 hour. Not only has it been several days without results, but they initially said that the game was out of stock, and have been making up several other excuses along the way, sometimes contradicting themselves when referring to the same story. They also refuse to give me a refund so I don't have neither my game nor my money. DONT GET SCAMMED. Seller GoodKeyShop is the one who scammed me.
