He even requested me to put a positive review first and threatened me that would never get my refund. He is a scammer and even rude I don't understand how can a place like this be a scam to people. I contacted the support but they want me to deal with that sealer and that sealer will more scam people how is that possible! I will make sure that no one is going to buy here. When I tried to refund the button is unlocked so no even possibility! If I have to put proof im going to make sure the seller and that website to not even scan ever!

Dont buy anything from there! False advertising! Conditions of account usage you are buying are told after you pay for it! Which is illegal. No refund even when i showed them screenshots. No response on my ticket. They are just repeating same stuff over and over again. After i bought account i recieved guide that i cannot change login or password and if i attempt to i ll lose the account and gets no refund. This has not been said in the store in descriptions! Seller changed description as soon as i asked him for refund.They are not even trying to solve my problem they are just backing up the seller which is from their party i suggest. So after i BOUGHT the account seller still has all access to it. And they are acting like this is a normal thing. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

A seller "AllGames" scammed me on this website.
The game wasn't delivered in time (was supposed to be within 3 hours) and I had to buy the game somewhere else to offer it for someone's birthday.
I asked for a wallet refund directly to the seller, but instead of answering me, he sent me the account credentials to download the game and basically tried to trick me as if it was too late.
I told the seller that he delivered the game too late and that I would not use the account he sent me so he could send it to another buyer, but he never answered me.

Difmark support didn't help and just told me to accept the situation as it was "the most peaceful solution" (what fu***** joke).

Absolute scam, avoid at all costs.

This site is totally scam, and only for scam sellers. They don't realize orders and support cant help You.

Sales method not at all clear, i tried to buy a key for Valheim and I was sent the data of what, I assume, is another account shared with who knows how many players (illegal thing and which could result in the immediate closure of the same account purchased), they communicate everything through the internal chat on the site and not by email. I will try to ask for a refund and leave this review until there is compensation, very bad experience.

I've bought a steam key which appears to be used. The whole week I had no response from the platform. Total ignore.

Shops deliver account for your XBOX console you need to setup and then download game instead of selling you actual product key. Pretty confident this is breach of contract with Microsoft, please do not support this site, rather buy from sites that are selling actual product keys like Eneba.

From seller "allgames - gameGuru"
I got an account in japanes or chinese language
Managed to download and install the game
After install when i play the account is used by another user
Now im trying to get my money back for a month now
So my Advice skip this Site

Recently bought fifa 23, got the account details, it worked for 3 days and then they took it back SCAM

They advertise steam keys then on the sales site says (steam account)
With no other info... this means they will give you a shared account username and password
Super dodgy... my purchase said steam key on the advert and instant delivery

It took 23 hours and 45 minutes for them to forward my purchase (15 minutes until i could claim a refund)
Not instant delivery. And when they did it was a username and password to log into someone elses account to play the game... not a STEAM KEY! Not MY PRODUCT, i have read else where this access only works for a short time before being kicked off or gets sold to many others super dodgy

So i requested a refund and warned others. The seller would only agree to a refund if i gave him a good review... and support just preteneded to look into and never did anything... Support is fake support they also write their own fake reports on trustpilot and i caught the seller out saying. "its just a website we run"
So i believe the sellers and website is the same team of scammers pretending to be other parties too

I bought a game, and after a month I lost the access, 3 month after they give me a login from somelese who's playing the game! I'm not Greygore... the seller is Game Guru on Difmark... and he has unrespecte behaviour... a real scammer... he ask me to change my review on trust pilote if I want to get back my game
I lost 60$

Scammers! Please avoid.

Customer service is awful I have contacted them multiple times regarding a refund and I was assured multiple times I am going to get my money back and now they are just ignoring me.

Do yourselves a favour and stay away!

Bought GTA 5 for PS5, got scammed. The Scammer called Gameguru only offered the PS4 version of gta 5 in russian. Complained, but the admins are in cahoots with the scammers and claimed the game was delivered. Screenshots with proof attached. DON'T GIVE THESE RUSSIAN SCAMMERS MONEY, get used games the good old way via ebay or something.

Here's one more scammed by this platform, I bought a game that was in the "key games" category but it was really a shared steam account. I only realized it within 10 minutes of buying it and contacted support. They have treated me horribly and I can confirm what people and even trustpilot say, this platform is not trustworthy, I feel like I am being scammed and they do not return my money, they have to know that consumer rights do not exist on this platform. They say that there is a 30-day guarantee and that it is also instant, since both are lies. I don't even have anything I bought, nor do I want it, since their offer is misleading... and they know it.

Its complicated no key the seller did not gige me the game he was sayng was too old and hard to sell but it was gta trilology witch is pretty new
I did not refunded yet but i will hope i get my 10.64€ back

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. It's a scam.
I bought a license because I needed it immediately. My card was charged but they never verified my payment, so my order was kept on hold, and so my money.
Seller answered they could not deliver my key until the marketplace checked my payment, which of course never happened.
They even made me upload pictures of my card, with some blurred numbers, which by now I am already regretting.
Total loss of time and money.

THE AFTER-SALES SERVICE IS NON-EXISTING.
THE GAME I PURCHASED WAS NOT WORKING AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND FROM THE SELLER
