Signature required for delivery. Only the three times a delivery attempt was made was 10:00 a.m. on a weekday. Had to contact fedx and have it delivered to my local fedx store for pick up during normal people hours.

Customer service overall was very good. However, the band on the ring itself – – I felt was way too thin.
Issues with fed-ex. Required a signature, I was out of town. I set up a vacation delay for delivery but they came to try and deliver before vacation delay expired and sent back to shipper. Agape's staff sent it right back to me and I got it in only a few days. However, fed-ex dropped off the package and just left it at the door, no signature needed.
Was a bit tepid about lab diamonds but after seeing them in the flesh - gorgeous.
I was able to get a hold of someone each time I called and via email. Every question I had someone was able to answer and modify my order when I wanted to customize. Very professional company, definitely recommend!
STAY AWAY FROM THE SITE AGAPE DIAMONDS: Do not trust the reviews on these. These are over the top expensive for SIMULATED diamonds. They are not real diamonds - as in lab grown or natural. I believed they were lab grown when I looked them up to buy lab grown princess stud earrings as a gift. They do say simulated in the description, but it is fine print and pretty much spiced up cubic zirconia. They came with fake IGI certification to cover up the fact that they are selling something extremely overpriced and dishonest.
Most of the stuff on this site should be $50-$100, but the company is scamming you. I also wanted to return them past the 30 day period in which I recieved an email to exchange. I called the one lady that answered the phone and she explains she can not exchange them for the same amount, which is absurd, and only promises an upgrade - essentially taking more money from you. Stay away from this place and their horrible customer service and scam products. No company should be successful off of dishonesty and unfair practices.
I also wanted to submit a review on their website but it is submitted to be "moderated." Again, all the honest reviews are deleted so nothing on the site is true.

I was nervous to be honest ordering a lab grown diamond but i researched and read several articles on the process and quality. It was a risk and im pleased i took it!
