Shady return policy. My wife removed the security tag when she tried it on. She did not like it and put it back in the box. I wanted to return and this was there response "We regret to inform you that we cannot accept your merchandise for a refund because the Security Tag was cut and removed from the item." My wife or myself did not read their return policy and would have never thought it would be an issue. Hopefully this review will save someone else from losing their money.

The entire experience was easy from the purchase to the delivery. You cannot go wrong with this company especially the quality of diamonds offered for tremendous prices.
Although I ordered two items only one was made and shipped. The second part followed 2 weeks after but I had to contact you in order for it to be complete. Someone did not follow up on whether the order was complete or not.
Order was easy and smooth. Any questions were answered promptly and help was readily available. The ring came as ordered and I couldn't be happier with it. Ordered with lab diamonds rather than the simulated. Little more money but well worth it. It is so much more beautiful and radiant in person. Would definitely recommend buying from Agape to anyone looking.

The 8 ct. White gold bracelet arrived quickly and it is BEAUTIFUL... I already owned a pair of the diamond stud earrings and the quality of the diamonds in the tennis bracelet is equally as beautiful - VERY VERY HAPPY with the Agape diamond tennis bracelet:-)
