BUYER BEWARE! They are a SCAM! I ordered and paid $1100 for a ring that is poorly constructed. The band is cheap and tawdry and will easily break after wear and tear. (Look at their photo ads and my photos of actual ring) I tried the ring on and immediately returned it in it's box and alerted AGAPE of my intention to return the ring. ALL the documents for the ring were included back in the box. They are REFUSING to REFUND me the money because the cheap, tiny, plastic band that I had to remove to try on the ring was not included. It is a weak excuse and way for them to continue their CON. Look them up with BBB. I bought a 1.5 carat pendant and earrings for my fiancé. Very disappointed we couldn't return because tags were removed. These jewelry items have no sparkle or shine. They look like cut glass. Waste of money1,100.00

Unfortautely these are beautiful but too big for my liking. Have not had the greatest experience with customer service. Beware the post on these earring are larger than normal. I have never had an earring not go through my holes and actually hurt when pushing through. I was told they have smaller post, but that it requires that i do not get the screw-back type (which i really like because I'm a busy mom always running and working. When i requested a refund they stated i could not as i had taken off the tag (in order to try them on). My only option is an exchange. So i am exchanging for a set that is a bit smaller (1.25 rather than 2.0 k) as well as friction back rather than the screw-back. Disappointed again unfortunately there is no credit of $ as they are calling it an even exchange although im going from 2.0 to 1.25. Lastly, when returning the earring via mail, it is at customers expense and the require it to be insured and signature required... yet when we received in the mail it was not signature required?...

Overall, Just not as happy as I would like to have been with the Christmas gift of a new set of earring.

Searching and ordering was easy. The ring arrived faster than I expected, a day early to be specific. And I was blown away when the ring came. I thought it would look a little better on the website with all the lighting effects and whatnot, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the ring looked even better in person. My fiancé is over the moon with happiness at her new ring and you have a lifetime customer in me from now on! Thank you for making such fantastic jewelry.

Wanted something really special for my daughter's 18th birthday and this was the perfect place to find it! Her BF and I wanted her to have something amazing, so we split the gift so she got both, but also for him to be able to give her something special. She was surprised, and absolutely loved them!

I messed up on how the order process worked and they should have been 4 days after her birthday, but they actually arrived the next day which turned out to be perfect timing. The second half was given at a special date dinner, so it all worked out beautifully. Will definitely shop with Agape Diamonds again!
