The rings are set in your choice of precious metal which is there only value. The stones have a very cheap cubic zirconia look. Have actually seen better looking cubic zirconia. Also my rings arrive with triple strand of heavy floss weight thead and a security tag which made it impossible to try on the jewelry without removing. Even after removing the security tag i could not not try on the ring. Rings were not size 8.5 which i had ordered they measured at 7.75 at better known national jewelry stores and Jared did measure it as an 8.

I ordered earrings and they are beautiful. I have never ordered lab created diamonds before so wanted to stay at a lower price point before jumping into a higher quality, so thought Agape Diamonds would be a good start. So far, the earrings are amazing. The color and sparkle are beautiful and all of my friends noticed them right away and commented on how amazing they are. I am a big jewelry person and have wholesale contacts for my jewelry, so I know good quality. Time will tell as I have only had them for a couple of days and I am curious as to how they will wear with exposure to a pool, sunscreen, hairspray, outside elements, etc and how well they clean.

My real diamond was cracked because a ladder came down on my hand. I decided to get a small diamond ring instead of buying another expensive diamond. The company i bought it from has since gone out of business so i couldnt get it fixed. I ran across agape diamonds and thought that would be a good alternative. I recieved my ring, it looks fake, feels fake and looks cheap. Its extremely uncomfortable as the settings are sharp and scratch your other fingers on either side of the ring. I tried to return it but i cut the tag off the ring so they wouldnt accept it. I have all the original packaging except the tag. Ive only had it for a week or less. Appartently it says it cant be returned if i cut the tag off, my bad but honestly? That is ridiculous. Of course youll cut the tag off. Its a thick rope. How would you try it on if you dont? And its a really stupid policy. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the ring. I wore it for one day. Just another way to screw over your customers and offer crappy customer service. I will not buy from here again.

This company is amazing, would highly recommend d to everyone. I saved thousands by purchasing a Lab Diamond. It came with a GIA certification. Took it and got it tested. Checked out as a real diamond. Worth every penny

What company gives a warranty then Denies the right to repair unless something isn't right. It took me over 90 days to get someone on the phone. My product was damaged and the GM was full of excuses... dont trust their product

I started working with Nexus Diamonds and had a horrible experience so I switched to Agape Diamonds. They were AMAZING. I had lost my wedding ring so needed a replacement. I wasn't sure how things would look in person so ordered four rings (was a little nervous to do this) which was the max per order which they have posted on their site. They were all stunning but I went with the Round Set Trio with Baguette Accents. Exceeded my expectations and it's beautiful. They made the ordering process and return process very easy. Just make sure you don't remove the tags and keep all the original packaging and it won't be a problem. Love this company and will use them again plus recommend them to others. I'm in the customer service industry so understand the importance of good service. They knocked it out of the park.

I was deceived by the terminology used on the site thinking I was buying a lab grown diamond. All the rings are CZ (confirmed by my jeweler). I think some of their loose diamonds may be lab created. Buyer beware!

I spent around $2500 to buy myself a ring, i wanted to do something nice for myself. Initially the ring was gorgeous, but after only 3 months of wear, the ring looks fake and cloudy. Extremely disappointed. Never again will i buy a lab created fake. I'm not comfortable with shipping the ring back to agape for cleaning although they do offer free cleaning. Am i supposed to maim it to them everytime the ring starts to lose its shine? Which honestly is after a blink of an eye

If you think you are buying a lab grown diamond and you are a novice on the subject, their marketing materials do nothing to discourage the notion. In fact, they are designed to lead you to that conclusion. The stone fell out of our engagement ring after several months. We took it to a jeweler for repair and he showed us that it was made of some unidentifiable material, most likely CZ! We feel absolutely ripped off.

I purchased a ring from these people… I remove the security tag from the ring Because it was a gift… I did retain the tag…. They have 100% return guarantee… I called them to return the ring because it was nothing like they represented… They would not take this ring back because I took the security piece of paper off of it… Don't buy with these people! I would not give it even one Star If I had a choice… go to a vending machine and buy a ring… you will be Happier with it…
