Fast shipping, way cheaper than a jewelry store. One of the diamonds on the side of the main stone has what looks like a slight chip but no one noticed until I pointed it out. Overall very happy with the purchase

I don't like the fact that the purchase can not be returned if I was not happy with the purchase. I did remove the tag from the necklace just to try it on and I wanted to return it because the diamond just didn't sit right on my neck. But the return policy states that the necklace has to have the tag attach to the merchandise in order to return it. Now I am left with a necklace I really don't care for. It's not like they can't recognize their own jewelry.

I already recommended someone.
And I will be looking here first!

Ordered the ring and paid for two day shipping with the goal of getting it in time to propose on a specific date. Unfortunately it did not come in time and I had already made all of the other arrangements (dinner, hotel room, etc).

I receuved the engagement ring i picked out and for the design it was very nice. I received a pair of earrings as well. Both the ring and the earrings look dull glass. There is no luster to either. No matter what i do the ring does not have the sparkle of a cz, diamond. If you want to impress your future wife dont buy from this place.

I called for a replacement neckless because the size was too small and when I received the new neckless all they did was added extension onto the neckless. I did not expect that since I paid for it to be replaced from 16" to 18".

My entire experience was wonderful they answered all questions and I received a beautiful diamond.

I purchased this for my wife as a her 50th birthday gift. As the chain it arrived with is pretty thin, if you want to better secure the pendant, my only recommendation is to upgrade the chain.

I paid for next day delivery it was to be delivered on Friday. I did get next day. It was delivered on Monday.
