Beautiful clarity, color and size. Just exactly what I wanted. Ordered from other companies but I loved these.

I ordered a bracelet for my Wife's birthday. I ordered with enough time to receive it before her birthday. This did not happen. I had to follow up and see why I did not receive the item when expected. I couldn't even talk with someone because your phones weren't working. So i had to email. I finally got a response that it was being sent. It ended up not being sent for several more days. (clearly the item was not sent when I was told it was sent) It arrived after I had already left town. I had to pay someone to wait for the package, since I didnt wait the item to not be delivered because I was not there and a signature was required. It did not even arrive on Monday like it was promised 7/24/2023. I had to pay that person to come back on Tuesday 7/25/2023 and the package finally arrived after noon on that day. I then had to pay that person to send the item to me on my trip and pay for a new overnight charge and new insurance. I finally received the item on 7/26/2023. Well over a week after when I was supposed to receive the item. The entire process was a complete fiasco and very expensive on my end to just try and get something nice for my Wife. Very disappointing.

If you are looking for something that looks like a diamond and is a REAL diamond, try LAB-CREATED DIAMONDS. Agape Diamonds are VERY EXPENSIVE CZs; they are fake and look fake as well. I am embarrassed that I made such a stupid purchase!

Overall experieonce was new, because ring was crafted when ordered, instead typical jewelry stores were you window shop and everyone has handled the ring one way or another. That's speaks volume and top tier class.

The ring is beautiful. I expected the diamonds to be a little bigger but it's ok.

Everything went well with these beautiful earrings but they are so heavy, that they droop down where I can't see them. I would like to return them. I don't want to pay for earrings I can't wear. I will not purchase anything else unless this is made right.
