To order from agape is a very easy process and i happen to be very satisfied. It seems like a great way to buy jewelry. Be wary of these surveys as you have to come up with 50 words which means typing anything that comes to mind.
Return policy is not true regarding 30 money refund I purchased a ring and took tag off to try on and now they say my 750.00 is not refundable. Never use them or trust them

I have never made a negative review for any company or product until now. I bought a ring -- the setting was very nice which is why I rated this transaction a two star. However, the center stone was not clear, a little cloudy even. It does not look at all real. The matching band did not match. When I tried to return it, the company declined. So... I made a $2300 mistake. I will not wear it because it doesn't look nice.

Pendant was smaller than I thought it would be. I have returned the time per your instructions. I know you have received the pendant because of FedEx's signature requirement. Pendant was returned with tag attached and certificate of authenticity. Still waiting on credit to my card.
I did not realize the price was for only one earring as I've never purchased one earring at a time. I probably would not have made the purchase. However after discovering my mistake I went ahead and bought the second one. I hope anyone reading this doesn't make my mistake.
