In addition to the Agape Simulated Diamond, we offer Lab-Grown Diamonds (Lab Diamonds) as well as ethically sourced Earth-Mined Diamonds (Natural Diamonds).
Agape Diamonds began as a small family company and is now a second-generation business that has grown to include a team of in-house designers, master bench jewelers, and customer service associates with over 70 years of combined experience. I am very happy with the jewelry I purchased. I would have done things very differently had I known that the item was shipping to my billing address and NOT the shipping address that I put in at the time of purchase. 860 miles lie between them, and that was not easy. If possible, I recommend that you revise your website to inform folks of this policy of yours at the time of purchase. I discovered the issue by calling to get clarification on shipping destination - no one ever let me know. This was sufficiently disruptive that I don't intend to be a repeat customer.
