Overall the experience was great! Very helpful company with amazing customer service. Even though my ring was a week late it all worked out fine! I was given the day off the day I proposed and thanks to the week delay it was all in my favor! Honestly the planning of how you plan to surprise your significant other is more of a stress than dealing with this amazing company. The product is just as perfect as the photos, and the advertisement they do is amazing! I stumbled upon the ring on one google search and I knew it was perfect! Very generous company as well, they refunded me the express shipping fee I payed for without any trouble. 100/100 rating to the company, to the person debating on buying from this company it is worth it!

I ordered a gift for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. My order was supposed to arrive before Valentine's Day but did not. Why? Because Diamondere was not happy with how my order turned out and re-made the gift to their standards. You cannot get that at the chain stores because they will sell you whatever, no matter how flawed the product is. Not Diamondere! They take great pride in their products and that is why I use them whenever I can.
