My husband ordered a new wedding ring for our 20th anniversary with Diamondere and he custom designed it for my tastes given I'm not a Gold and Diamonds kind of woman. He ordered a 1.1 carat tanzanite with about.5 carats of tanzanite in black gold around it. This is important to note the size of the center stone because Diamondere did not have the 1.1 carat tanzanite in inventory so for the same price we paid for the 1.1, they upgraded it to a 1.41 carat. The whole experience was so simple and easy to follow throughout the entire crafting process. There was a small hiccup on shipping date estimates but it arrived earlier than it was estimated to arrive. I almost cried when it arrived and I haven't taken it off other than to shower and cook dinner since it arrived. We will be ordering more from Diamondere in the future. Thabk you all for every bit of beauty that Diamondere has brought into my life.
Unfortunately my wife didn't like the jewelry and I had to return it but the customer service helping me along the way was great and I was able to follow their instructions with constant communication. They made everything easy!
The bracelet is beautiful and just as it was pictured - I would only have one small negative - the latch is a bit difficult to latch - Almost lost it the first day I wore it, I fell off my wrist. Seems that I did not have it completely latched. Not so easy, Aside from that part it's perfect and I love it. Will buy my next piece from you

Bought my wife a ring for Valentine's Day with our son's birthstone. The ring was beautiful and she loved it.
Over all it was a good experience. My only complaints are that once the ring was sent for certification I was no longer able to track in through the app, and shipping was delayed. My payment for expedited shipping was refunded due to the delay; however, I was offered a service (expedited shipping) that was later denied causing me to adjust plans on my end.
I am so impressed by the customer service. When the ring I bought to engage to my fiancée broke, not only did they offer to replace it, they changed the design to make it stronger and it looks even better. I didn't expect that but I'm very thankful. 10/10

Gotta say, I was skeptical. I had read some disparaging things about Diamondere's delivery policy. Items were being delivered late and well past the important wedding or proposal date. This was really scary for me, but I took the chance. Turned out great! I made the order and had immediate communication throughout the whole process. Order delivered on time, only one day late, but it was no big deal. I thought it was cool that the company asked me for details about my fiance to understand why he wanted that type of ring. Cool touch!
The ring did not look 100% the way it appeared online. It was a 3D geometric ring and had very cool raised edges. The real thing wasn't quite as sharp and defined. I give it an 8/10. I know each piece is made to order, so I guess it'll never look exactly like the picture. My fiance is very happy with it, so that's great!

The ring is beautiful. The London blue topaz is a little lighter in person than shown online. Also my order was delivered almost a month later than the original arrival date due to quality issues, which I can appreciated but I wasn't notified until I reached out to them, since I was trying to plan an engagement. Would order from here again but maybe a piece that wasn't time sensitive and definitely fur the er in advance.
