Have made purchases of Diamondere jewels from Meghan within the year. I have been pleased with each transaction—not only because of the rings' beauty but also their excellent customer service. I had to return one ring to replace it with bigger stones, not that it wasn't a good ring. It was great. However, let's face it: sometimes, the picture does not always reflect the image in our minds. The replacement was fantastic. My third order proved what I just said above wrongly. The ring I received was better than the picture—go figure. Meghan has also helped me with each design and vision I've shared with her. She somehow makes it happen. My experience with Diamondere and Meghan has been exceptional, professional, impressive, and prompt.

Purchased from them as they came across online and seemed to be reviewed well. Jewelry is made in Thailand so the gold is not stamped. I paid for heirloom emeralds and I think every other fifth one is decent. There are stones cracked from setting and almost every stone is cloudy and full of black pieces of trash in the stone. Gias website says aaa and aaaa or even heirloom which is suppose to be better should have no black pieces in it. Feel like I was duped for 5k. Was supposed to come with a certain carat weight of emeralds and it came in less also. With as little as the stones are I should have been able to get top quality heirloom stones like unpaid for. The princess cut stones also all had different cuts and facets. Not the anniversary I had planned.
This was the only source for AAAA peridot stone and customer service was great. I am pleased with my experience purchase.
