The company is very responsive and accommodating, i had to change the ring size after i ordered becauae i accidentally hit the wrong size and another time had to change the address so someone would more likely be there to sign and both times they were very quickly able to assist me. The ring is beautiful, though within a few days of her wearing it the beautiful black color wore off into a dark silver. And when the ring was delivered it was just left on the front door as the delivery driver signed for it himself so luckily it wasn't stolen.
