Wonderful piece of custom made jewelry. I ordered this as a replacement of my wedding band that I lost after 32 years of marriage. They added the crown for me to acknowledge all of the traditional elements of the claddah in this decidedly untraditional design. I like the design encased in a band as it provides a more masculine look. The black coating is stunning. The black coating will eventually fade a bit and I think that will add character to this piece - so I'm actually anticipating it. Everyone at Diamondere was wonderful to work with. A special thanks to Cherie who patiently answered my multitudes of questions. I love the ring!
