I received very personalized service when I ordered my ring. They were even interested in the occasion for the ring and made an extra effort to get it done and to me in time. The ring itself is lovely. Whenever another occasion for fine jewelry arises I'll be sure to look to Diamondere first!
Because I am a stupid human in male form, I decided to pick the kornyest day to pop the question...Valentines. Steak Dinner, Wine, Candle, Hope Floats...she was mine, all mine. I had the box hidden in my front pocket, and as she laid on top of me on the couch to kiss me, I real subtle like sneaked that box out and tried like hell to work the top open with my thumb. Success.
Opened my arm, which startled her, because I normally hold her firmly when we kiss. And she did a complete double take at my right hand when she realized what she thought she saw. Success.

Overall a beautiful custom ring service & terrific experience! She said yes! So the ring was perfect. Really nice to be able to customize the ring material and jewels. Used he Claudine in platinum with 2 karat lab ruby and smaller precious rubies, with custom engraving.
It really nailed a classic gothic aesthetic.
The delivery was a day late, but the staitus updates helped keep me informed, it was received the next day with signature. I asked for discrete packaging, and it worked out great to look like any other anonymous medium size package delivery, thus not spoiling the surprise. The Diamondere gift box, and ring box inside was perfect to keep ring safe while having dinner at Club 33 waiting to prupose.
We'll have to send it in for resizing, as besty didn't get sizing correct, it was a little large, so will follow up with review after resizing.
Again, beautiful ring and terrific service so far.

Very pleased with Diamondere. Customized an engagement ring and it arrived on time with no issues. Ring was beautiful, everyone loves it (most importantly her!)
