I was hoping to do a custom piece no matter what shop I looked at, but Diamondere was truly the only one who portrayed what that process would look like. They were also incredibly fast and it's such a beautiful ring.

I am most satisfied with my order. Not only did it meet and exceed my expectations; the packaging and presentation was stellar as well.

I am so pleased with the custom designed Fausto necklace - really LOVE it! Working with the representatives from Diamondere was always a pleasure. Everyone is very polite and quick to respond to questions. I believe they picked the perfect black diamond. I am so impressed with my new pendant that I will wear it everyday.

Great experience. I was cautious about buying jewelry from an online store, however after my initial communication with my contact at the store, I knew I was is in good hands. They were incredible. They took the time to listen to my needs and they delivered. The necklace I purchased was of excellent quality for a good price. It was a sentimental piece for my wife's Birthday. I was concerned it wouldn't be delivered in time for her Birthday. Well they made it happen. Amazing experience from start to finish.

As a man who is bored by plain bands, I was excited to find an array of rings that could be customized with different stones to match my partner's. The UI of the website was intuitive and easy to customize a beautiful ring that works as a very close match to what I was looking for. The reason why I've only given 4 stars rather than 5 is that the CGI rendering of the ring lead me to believe it might be bigger. I'm happy with its size, but would've been happier had I known what the ring might look like on a hand my size. I think ditching the CGI for actual photos of the rings will suit future customers better. The CGI also made the ring look a bit cheaper than it looks in person as well! I am glad how it turned out though

Great product and purchase experience. Ordering was a breeze, the finished product is excellent quality. My only reason for not hitting the 5 star button...
Is the shipping process. Understandably, the delivery requires a signature, but I got notice a little before midnight (after asleep) that it would be delivered the next day. I had to scramble to take unscheduled leave, move a few meetings and switch to limited tele-work mode. Then the driver just left on my doorstep in the rain anyway without signature.

More and better noticed would have earned the 5th star.

Make sure to tell them as much details about the rings when they give you the chance at the beginning. The colors on the website for certain gems can be misleading. I'm specifically talking about the tanzanite gemstone. The color on the website looked purple but when I got them they were blue. I didn't do my research beforehand and I found out that tanzanite comes in a variety of blues and purples. Blue being more expensive and sought after. When I reached out after receiving the rings, I got a quick response that they would be able to remake the ring with purple gemstones. I'm so happy.

I looked for a long time to find the perfect piece and then I found Diamondere and boy am I glad I did! They worked with me to find the perfect ring, made several special requested modifications to make her piece super unique. These folks were great to work with and my wife couldn't be happier. They even did all this for a fraction of what a similar off the shelf ring would cost and I can't say thank you enough for making our 20th anniversary perfect!
