Don't use FedEx for shipping. You shipped my order overnight, I received it 5 days later. Tracking just said delayed. The jewelry looks great. I wish the stone on the necklace was the same size as the earrings, but everything look great.
The ring is beautifully hand crafted and packaged. So based on that I would give it 5 stars. Took a month to get but that's okay I wasn't in a hurry. The reason for 3 stars is the way it was shipped. I understand you want to make sure the package gets there and is received by the person who ordered it. But to require that someone over 21 with a photo id to sign for it is a little much and ridiculous. Just do a standard signature required and leave it at that. Or give the buyer the option to choose.
