They were on schedule for the delivery, and I had no problems with the purchase so far. I came into this company kind of skeptical, but it outdid itself for sure. Don't be skeptical to order from them. They are good!
I ordered this ring as a gift to my partner in black gold with a 1 ct. Amethyst stone and it's absolutely beautiful. The black gold is somehow elegant and edgy. It's gorgeous. I'll definitely buy more rings from Diamondère.

I recently purchased the Otto Blue Topaz Men's Ring in 10k Black Gold for my fiancé. We loved the way it looked and wanted to go with something untraditional. Diamondere was the first recommendation that appeared for a black band ring.
Customer Service: Amazing, very prompt, and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend contacting them for non-digitized pictures of the ring to really get a feel and look for how it will turn out. After our purchase, we suddenly realized that we wanted to see how the ring would look like in person, vs having a computer-generated image.
Delivery: I paid a bit extra for expedited delivery ($45). Customer Service reached out that they couldn't deliver quicker, but refunded the exact amount to me, which was helpful and prompt.
Packaging: The packaging was overall nice. I probably wouldn't say anything over the top/fancy looking, there was a red box, and inside, a smaller box containing the ring.
Ring itself: We've had the ring for about a week now, and we are in love with it. The Otto Black ring fits perfectly and my husband has had a lot of compliments already on the way it looks. Gems are also very pretty on the ring itself.
Overall, I'd give 8.5,9/10 experience.

There was a slight delay with my ring, but knowing how it came out- i wouldn't have minded waiting longer for it to be delivered. It came out so much better than how i saw it previewed through the website. My girlfriend was in tears when i gave my ring to her. Such an amazing feeling. Thank you guys.
Everything went smoothly with my order. The diamond I chose was already going towards another order so they reached out to me to easily pick a new one for no extra charge. I still got my ring within the original delivery time. My only not great thing is how thick the band is, I've never seen one that thick before and didn't know I needed to check the dimensions of the band. I took the tag off and will just get a new one later. For the price, it's great and I'm happy with it.
