I will try to be specific. I was aimlessly checking my facebook and email the other morning. I was scrolling down the list of emails when I spotted one from Destin's saying that there were Leo's on sale for like 26 dollars or something. I felt a little bit of excitement, because I've spent a lot more than that on Leo's before. So I was sucked in. I got right onto the website to purchase a $26 mystery Leo. I put it into my cart and thought for a minute…"does my daughter really need this leotard? Should I be spending this money?" Then suddenly I didn't care anymore, and I pushed the "purchase" button. For about five or six days, I just went on living my life. But then suddenly on a Saturday morning, my husband comes bringing in the packages from the porch. I definitely felt in that moment a little bit of shame, a little bit of guilt, and had the thought, "yeah I probably shouldn't have purchased the leotard and spent that money." However, I tried to explain to the hubby that it was on sale big time, so I had to purchase it. I had no choice, really. He didn't get upset or frustrated, my daughter loved the leotard, and all ended well.
