I ran a contest to have a logo designed for a somewhat non-traditional project, and it was really fun and helpful to see all the different designers' visions!
My advice for anyone else using this site is to be as specific with what you're looking for as possible, and to not be shy about contacting designers whose other work you like from the site. There were definitely some designs that were much lower quality than I wanted, but I was able to exclude them easily. Also, use the "live chat" feature!

I would NOT recommend this firm for your logo needs. It's confusing, demanding and difficult. The staff within Customer Service does not understand the English language and they're incredibly rude.
I've demanded a full refund and maybe involving my corporate lawyer to retrieve a full refund for work that was promised and not delivered.
