Doing a contest thru Designhill was fantastic from beginning to end! I got some great quality entries and the winner for me was Kawsar789. I am so pleased with the final work after some slight modifications (having it both in English and Spanish). The whole process was easy to follow and chat support was so accessible when I did have a question. I would totally recommend!
I was hesitant to use this service, however the ratings were high and I needed a logo fast! At first the project was a bit confusing, however all the instructions were clear and I was able to navigate and use the help tools to start and complete the process. I was impressed with the winning designer, Asif Khan! Asi's logo design was exactly what I was looking for! The response time was incredibly fast and their work was excellent! I paid for a shirt package along with my logo. I cannot get the shirts designed or delivered and they're not providing customer support or a refund. Purchase at your own risk. Beware the choices AFTER you purchase the package and move to the shirt options are extremely limited. I have a business yo run and dont have time for this non sense.

This is really excelent, simple tool with lot of options to create your own logo, it needs to be paid but it is worth it, you can easily change the logo later for free if you need some changes. It is very fast and intuitive and lets you feel as a real logo creator :)

This is the 2nd time I've used Designhill for a company logo and my experience this time was even better than my first great experience. I posted a thorough design spec and within 2 hours had my first concepts from designers. Over the next couple days I received ~200 concepts - 10x the promised number! Totally awesome! I got so many creative designs, it was tough to pick just one - a great problem to have! Ultimately, I chose one design and then worked with the designer (ciekoedan) for the next several days refining the concept and delivering the various permutations I needed. The designer was super patient and highly responsive making the whole process smooth and pleasurable. You can see a couple of the resultant logos in the header and footer of www.strategic-products.com. P.S., I see some of the haters in the recent posts here. I can't attest to their experience but my feedback is earnest and authentic - you can see the results on my website.

Personally as a designer, I have found this platform the best from all the others our there... FL, PPH, DC, etc. I've been on them all (and left them) but DH takes the cake! So far I haven't let any client down & the reviews they leave are encouraging. I hope to be on here for a long time.
My team thought it would be interesting to try this approach for our firms rebranding. We started a contest for $200(dirt cheap). We received over 300 designs and many of them were very good. One down side is your inbox gets littered with competing designers requesting feedback. Once we had narrowed it down and chose the design we entered a process called the hand off. At this time the designer went completely MIA. We reached out to design hill on two occasions to make them aware of the situation with out any response. It was not until we reached out to PayPal to initiate a refund that we received a response. The design hill rep indicated to us that the designer had behaved inappropriately and was eliminated from their domain. Design hill's solution was to have another contest. We declined and asked for a refund. At this point design hill sent us a legal document agreeing not to use any of the designs presented to us during this contest with with a penalty of $50,000. We signed this electronic document and receive a receipt indicating that design hill had received it. Several days later we receive an additional email insinuating that they can not process our refund until they receive this affidavit which they had previously achkowledged receiving. In addition to that, the email proceeds to threaten us with potential legal action?
All we have done is contacted design hill, started a contest, chose the winner, the winner went of the rails and design hill eliminated the designer, we declined having an additional contest, and requested a refund.
We are not some small Indian Start up... If for some reason design hill wants to be litigious with us here in the states we can certainly do that, we do not respond well to bullying tactics.
