I have order a vitamins package. Never receive an email with details but at least I have a screenshot. They have charge me but I didn't receive the order. Tried to contact them multiple times via email and phone, they never ever answer. At this point I don't know Desert Mart is a fraud, if I have been robbed by them or if I will receive my order one day. Feeling cheated

Im very pissed and disappointed with the way Desermart did to me after I placed my order. More than 1 month already since I ordered food suplement online worrh 379AED with the delivery of 8-10days, and until now as of this writing, no delivery was made besides the fact that it was paid already. When i keep on asking for follow up, nobody answer my emails, when they do, all they keep on telling me of same endless promises of delivery soon. Until now theyre not answering my calls and emails…Did they scammed meI hope theyre not….I still believe that they will do the right thing of not resorting to bad modus….Im still hoping that they will be fair and treat their customer well and never SCAMMED them. Im asking also for a REFUND but they ignored me. Right now Im planning to report this to the police either in Saudi Arabia or in UAE to compel them to return my money. DESERMART "GREAT SCAMMERS" KARMA will hunt you down SOON!

I ordered on the 29th of April up to now there's no delivery, they don't pick my calls I have been sending emails to inquire about my order but there's no accurate respond just an automated email sent back to you over and over that order will be delivered in 8 to 10 days; is now 23 days since I placed my order no delivery. Desertmart is a criminal cartel nobody should do any business with them!

These guys took my money and promised 10 working days. 10 days passed and they still did not deliver.

Every time I try and ask them to cancel they say they will send my product soon. Still have not gotten the money refunded.

Every time I open live chat they close it on me and block my opportunity to open a live chat again. Avoid this website like the plague

Desert Mart is a SCAM!
This is a scam supplier. I ordered from them 2 months ago - nothing can be tracked under "track your order". When I followed up, I get an anonymous email - no signature or contact details - saying that my order will be delivered this week. When I called the numbers listed on their website which they claim that they operate under their name, they told that they have nothing to do with Desert Mart and they are SCAM. They say that they operate in Ajman but they are not - There is no company registered in Ajaman under their name. Please do not buy from them and if you have not received your order Report to Cyper crime.

No order processing and no replies or refund. My order placed on April 6 and till May 16 no processing and no replies. Do not order from them at all.

Ordered some supplements from them. No email of confirmation, nothing. Just taking the money. Eventually I contact them asking for some explanation, they said the item is not in stock, and if I want a replacement or reimbursement. I said my money back. Is been 2 weeks, no news from them, no money back. I want to inform the authorities, as is a relatively big amount. Any suggestions?

This is a scam website (DO NOT ORDER from them) they take your order and send you confirmation, but it will never arrive. No phone number, tracking or customer chat does not work. Only email address with a generic reply "your shipment will be delivered this week".

Its been 2 weeks and i haven't receive my order. They're not responding to my mail for the order status. I even requested to return my money back still no respond from them. This useless company should be reported as fraud.

Wrong delivery... banned medicine delivered... nothing exchange... nothing refundable...daily drama courier on the way... or give your bank details etc. Kindly all save your time and money from these fake fraud shameless people... totally fake fraud 100 %.

My cosmetic took 3 weeks from USA but did arrive in good condition and as described. Their communication is poor though.

Never buy from this website. They are cheaters, after buying anything from them we need to chase them for our order. They never refund your money in case they delivered wrong item to you

You ask some thing they send other cheaper item and when you follow they Block your number and never replace or Refund.

I am still waiting for a refund for my order, same issue like other customers described. Their customer service says that the package is stuck at customs and not willing to give my money back after almost a month of waiting. Now they just ignore my emails. Don't buy from that site.
