Tried several types of pillows over the years to combat neck and jaw pain. Derila pillow is a problem solver! I awake refreshed and pain free! Only suggestions I would make is that the pillow needs to be a bit thicker for broad shouldered people that side-sleep. I have to prop it up a bit with a folded towel but otherwise it works great! Also, the pictorial directions could be better. It took me a bit to figure out how to change the pillow cases and they don't explain what each case does. Like the Therma pillow—I assume it's a "warm" pillow? What are the benefits of that?

I like the way it keeps my body aligned. Definitely great if you have a cold to keep your head in the right position for good breathing. All in all, I am enjoying my pillow.

I bought a Derila pillow cautiously optimistic. I've had memory foam pillows for the last many years so I wasn't sure if I would like this new style. I have acid reflux and sleep apnea and this pillow has been very beneficial for my health problems. It was extremely comfortable from day one and it keeps me from sleeping in weird positions that would give me neck pain and stiffness. I am so glad I gave this pillow a try. I won't be switching to any other pillow after experiencing the ergonomics this pillow has!

I used to have restless sleep and would wake up with neck and shoulder pain. I wanted to try the Derila pillow, honestly I have been surprised by the improvement in my sleep and pain. That means a lot when you are a senior citizen!

This pillow supports my neck and allows my shoulders to align with by back as I sleep. Delivery time was great, and I've been using it every night since. It is also a must to get the pillow case that goes with it for proper cover. I ordered two so I can share with company when they stay with me.

From the first night, the Derila Pillow was perfect! I've bought at least 20 pillows of all kinds in the last 3 years, and none of them have lived up their advertisement claims. None have been helping me with my severe neck and back problems. Until the Derila Pillo!. I woke up the next moring and felt great relief from neck pain. I bought 4 because, we need them for my husband's house too. Best thing I've ever done was to order the Derila Pillows.

I was a bit concerned about ordering these pillows. Wondered if it was just a marketing ploy. My husband and I are delighted with the style, performance, functionality of these pillows. We both rest much better than we have in quite a while. Divided we made this choice.!

At the time of order from the Derila Company, I was a bit hesitant because they are located out of the country. The reviews were mixed, but they usually are. We were given an arrival date, and they arrived as promised. The packaging was deceiving, but once unwrapped, we were please with the products.
The Derila pillows were our Christmas gift to each other, and it was the best gift this year! After years of trying many types of pillows, the Derila pillow was the match for us. We both have neck/back issues, and my husband snores, frequently waking me up. Since using the Derila pillows, we both sleep better. But the best part? My husband no longer snores! And when he does, I know he is not using the neck part of the pillow accurately. A gentle nudge is enough to make him reposition to stop the snoring. Thank you for saving my sleep (and my husband LOL). PS I continue to recommend your products to friends and family.

I ordered 2 of these as much because of curiosity as anything else. They were a very unusual shape which intrigued me. Well, now, after 2 month, it was the best pillow I have ever used. It takes a tiny bit of getting used to but now when I settle my head into the prominent "crevice" in the center of the pillow you can hear my moan of submission and I sleep better than ever. It is clearly the smartest and most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I am regularly finding new positions for my head that are better than before. Now I can also sleep comfortably on my side. My wife says that every night I say "I love my pillow" and she says, "yes, I know". She uses one also and loves it but not quite as vocal.

The pillow is perfect, no matter how you Twist or turn. I am a side sleeper. I was concerned that CPAP headgear would Twist and let the mask leak, but not so. The pillow allowed head positioning - taking over what the CPAP could not even do in providing comfort for wonderful sleep (and I have not been tired during the day)!

I saw this pillow for c-pap users and decided I had to get it for my husband to try because he was not sleeping well. Well guess what? He loved it!

I spent months sleeping with a "good" pillow wadded up under my head and neck as support for my head to relieve the pain in my neck muscles that I would wake with every morning. The very first morning after sleeping with your Derila pillow, PAIN FREE! I'm not sure how long I've been sleeping with it/them, but my stiff neck pain has disappeared! How grateful I am!

I must say, though, the pillow I use, in itself, really isn't that 'comfy', but once my head/neck is positioned, a full night's sleep follows.

I never thought that a pillow could make such a difference I have not slept as well as long and so comfortably in the last 10 years. I loved it so much I purchased 7 more for my family

They are a joyful experience. They help my neck so much. I sleep much better. I love how cool they keep you. They are the best I have ever used. I wouldn't go back to regular pillows. I love how they stay so firm. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain. After purchasing the Derila pillow, within a day all pain was gone. I am so happy that I found this pillow!

My husband, my son and I are all delighted with our Derila pillows, and are all sleeping better now! We're breathing better throughout the night and waking up feeling more refreshed. My son had tried a sleeping machine where he had to wear a mask, but he saw no improvement in the quality of his sleep. The pillow is less confining and offers better sleep.

I have recently put a Derila pillow into my life. My life has been transformed delightfully. No more wiggling around at night on a too soft, too hot pillow that gave little or no support. I have central sleep apnea and was having trouble sleeping well. That has changed. I now sleep comfortably, with my head well supported in an appropriate position to aid my breathing, and usually all night without waking up. Hooray!
