I made the mistake of ordering a Derila pillow direct from their website after seeing an ad.
Immediately upon finalizing my purchase, I realized that I had not checked the king sized pillow box and that I'd ordered a standard size pillow. I immediately (within one minute) clicked on the 'edit order' button to change my order. The site would not allow me to edit my order and I received a reply saying that my order was already being pulled from the shelf and loaded on a truck. That, as everyone knows, is simply impossible. Anyway, I was told the pillow would ship to me and I would be able to return it for full credit or for the size I wanted. As soon as I received the pillow, I called Derila customer service and was guided through the return process. I completed the return merchandise authorization form and was prompted to print out the ship to address so I could ship it back.

The return address is in the country of Lithuania and the cost to ship the pillow back to that address from California was well over $300. The pillow shipped from a New York location, but because Derila knows no one in the Western Hemisphere will ever pay to return a pillow that has to ship to Lithuania, they assure themselves that no one will ever return a pillow and they will never have to pay a refund. I see these pillows are available on Amazon, so I would hope Amazon has a better returned policy.

Requiring anyone in the Western Hemisphere to return a Derila pillow, or any product, to Lithuania in order to receive a refund, is unethical at best and should be illegal.

Since I'm not going to pay over $300 to return a pillow that cost less than $50, I tried it out for a couple of nights. I found the pillow was much too thin and was not nearly as comfortable as I had hoped when I was ordering it. I recommend everybody stay away from this unethical company.

Derila is truly a pillow that's tailored to the user's health and overall well-being. As a back sleeper, I used to wake up with a stiff painful neck, but since using Derila, my neck is nologer a victim! I couldn't be anymore grateful!

For the time I have used Derila I can authoritatively say they are the best when they it comes to their deals. They have affordable offers.

I had sleeping problem due to my neck pain. So one of my recommended me this product. I just ordered one and thought will it be helpful. But after using it everyday i dont feel tired in the next morning. Ordered few more for others members in my house. Definitely recommend this to others also. Loved it.

Ordered 1 and sent 4 and charged for 4. Had to open one to see what the pillow was like not made for European people as too small. When looking at sending them back had to send them back to Lithuania from UK £60 only could send 3 as I opened the package. This is a scam DO not buy

Since I started using the Derila pillow, my mornings have changed for the better. There was a time when a bad night's sleep left me feeling nauseous and tense, but now these problems have almost completely disappeared. The pillow supports my neck perfectly, and its memory effect molds to my unique shape, providing maximum comfort no matter what position I sleep in. Do not purchase anything from this company, it's a scam. I ordered one pillow, then was charged for 4. I contacted customer service within 5 minutes to cancel and he assured me the order would be modified to 1 pillow. I called again the next day and a woman said the order was modified. I received 4 pillows just got off the phone with customer service and it's all bulls---. It's international shipping which cost more than the order. I will file a complaint with the BBB, hopefully any and everyone else that's been scammed by these crooks will do the same. With enough complaints hopefully they'll be shut down. By the way, the pillow sucks, it doesn't help with ache and pain, doesn't help with snoring. This company is completely fraudulent.

It was a decent choice to buy a Derila Memory Pillow - I am satisfied with its performance. It's comfortable, supportive, and helps reduce neck and shoulder pain. Overall, it has improved my quality of sleep. I highly recommend this.

I ordered this pillow by recommendation of a friend who said it helped him with neck pain issues he was having. I received the product quickly. The first few nights with it went well and my sleep seemed better than it was before using the new pillow. However I noticed that the pillow cover threads were starting to come loose in a couple of spots. I sent a photo in with a complaint about this. They replied that they saw no problem with the pillow cover, even though there certainly was a problem and the photo showed that. So, even though the pillow itself performed well, the cover was of poor quality and Derila customer service didn't come through for me. I cannot recommend the company based on my overall experience

This ergonomic pillow took some getting used to but it's the only pillow I've ever had that allows me to sleep on my back. I wake up with less neck and shoulder pain because I'm not sleeping with my arm under the pillow anymore. I love Derila and I am getting one as a present to my mum.

At long last! I finally found the right pillow that would ease me of my cervical pain which doesn't make me sleep art night. Derila fits my needs very well and I am glad I came across this brand. Grateful!
