A good night's sleep.

This pillow was advertised as a cure for Sleep Apnea. I'm afraid it had no effect on my Sleep Apnea. However, it turns out to provide a very comfortable and reliable night's sleep.

Had been using a CPAP machine for years as prescribed by my doctor. Saw an advert on line for this amazing pillow, so I decided to give it a try because if it could really do as the advert said it could, then what was there to lose? Turned out to be the best decision, I packed up my CPAP machine and I haven't used it since the Derila Pillow arrived. It does all the advert said it could do. I have told countless people about Derila.

"Miracle pillow"

Constantly waking up and going through day with sore and stiff neck was unmanageable. I seen an advertisement about the Derila pillow that alignes the neck with the spine. I read some reviews, and gave it a shot! Immediately I felt the results. I began waking up without the stiffness and soreness and rested. Best decision I made.

My husband refused to use a C-pap that testing showed he needed. After using your pillow, he no longer snores. For Christmas this past year, I gave each family member a Derila pillow.

I thought I was ordering one pillow, ended up ordering 4 pillows due to their poor ordering system. Usually a customer is able to review the order before confirming process. This company does not have that option. I did not want them. I immediately phoned & emailed the company to cancel the order. I spoke to an agent & he said he would stop the order & issue a refund. That did NOT happen. They sent the pillows. I found out they do not have a free shipping return policy. It was more expensive to send the pillows back then what I paid for them. I tried one & gave the others to my family. The pillows are horrible, they hurt our neck & back which is what we were using them for. I received no satisfaction from this company. Stay away, it's a scam!

Scammers!

Derila is a scammers!
The pillow is very hard! Couldn't sleep.
Also they make you pay for delivery and if you want to return your item you have to pay from your own pocket. And after that they won't refund your money back! I already have a case open for a couple of months. No items no money!
They even refused to answer my emails… terrible service and experience!
Won't recommend at all!
Stay away from Derila!

Recommend YOU DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased 2 Derila pillows towards end of December 2024. These are the worst pillows because they are not as advertised and are of poor quality. They are very thin even after allowing them to expand. They feel very flat when sleeping on them, as if you are sleeping directly on the mattress. What is worse than that is the customer service as it is less than poor. The cost to return them is very high, because you have no way of shrinking them back to the way they originally arrive. In my case, I would have had to pay half the cost of the pillows to return them. Upon explaining this, they did not care at all. All they know how to do is quote policy, which creates unhappy customers. They did nothing to try to refund me full or even partial payment. So my wife and I are stuck with a product that causes us neck and shoulder pain, and cannot use. Sometimes as a business you need to take a hit if your product does not work for some. That is the cost of doing business. Not Derila. They want to keep your money whether their product works for you or not. If by some stroke of luck you want to make things right Derila, here is my order#: 2ygad2n.

Experiencing the huge delay in refund process. Returned the product & raised the refund request over 40 days - But no positive response till today even after receiving their product.
I strongly recommend not to buy this product and avoid the scam.

When I first bought the pillows I was unhappy with them and tried to return them. I was told that I had to send them to Lithuania. Since then, they recently changed the return policy to a U.S. address but they will not accept my return request. You might notice that the seller replied saying they would help resolve this. They offered me 2 useless online cookbooks to appease me. They still will not allow me to return the items.
