I tried to order a gift card online twice. The billing portion warns you to enter the payment information, including name and address exactly as it would appear on my bill. Which I did. Both times, however, it declined the transaction. On the third attempt, I had to get my credit card company on the phone and do a conference call with them and the Deploy Depot Representative before the credit card company was comfortable to allow the transaction to be processed a third time. That time, I did it over the phone with the Deploy Depot Representative. If I buy more gift cards from them in the future, I will only be doing so over the phone until they update their website and payment handling processes.

The folks at deploy depot where at the top of their game, reaching when i was having issues with my order, readily available on the phone when i called several times. The issues were on my end not theirs but they were very helpful in solving.
I don't get why Ubiquiti doesn't sell PoE Injectors on their Canadian webstore. Fortunately, I found Deploy Depot, who does. Ordering was easy, shipping options were many and fast. Delivery was efficient both by Deploy Depot and FedEx.
I don't want to describe my experience, but it was a 5-star until I received multiple emails asking for evaluation.

Ordered a UniFi wireless bridge at a very good price. I could see that inventory updated online immediately (it went from '2 available' to 'not in stock'), and very quickly I received serial updates confirming credit card processing, order preparation, shipment labeling, and shipment. The order arrived the next day, and followup emails made me aware that the package was in my receiving department, while also providing me with a final invoice. The product was correct and in good shape. Everything in this transaction was top notch.

This Canadian business out of Montreal has a massive inventory and ships very fast. If you're Canadian I highly recommend you give DeployDepot a try. I'm never buying equipment anywhere else.
