I ordered some busylights for our office on DeployDepot's website, when I ran into a few issues I gave them a call and with excellent customer service the problems were resolved. Shipping was very quick and the set up of our new busylights were very easy. This is a company that prides themselves in customer service... very evident from the first phone call. I gave a previolus review in which I complained about shipping charges. This was sent in error. It refers to a different shipment from a different company. My shipment from Deploy Depot came quickly and was received in good condition. The product I ordered works correctly.

Both the adapter and the standard power supply work perfectly. The quality is good.

Great... maybe too many emails... the follow-up is important... but it seemed like I was getting a email to check to see if I got the email that told me about the email I might get later... that was going to check if the email was received.
