C'était le première fois que je faisais affaire avec vous et je suis très satisfait. La livraison a été plus rapide que prévue et l'appareil est exactement ce que je cherchais depuis plusieurs mois. Cependant votre site est uniquement en anglais. Bien que je me débrouille un peu en anglais, je suis passé par votre téléphoniste qui parlait un excellent français et c'est ainsi que j'ai pu transiger avec votre compagnie. I ordered a Logitech G920, worried it was not in stock or back ordered. It was already in my head that of course so close to christmas, it would be delayed. Even on the tracking, it informed me beforehands. My eyes were shocked when it arrived 2 days before Christmas after 3 days of set date when I ordered it. Their service is so fast, and even though their company is based in Canada, these amazing people ship outside of Canada too.

My boyfriend loves it to this day, and after of course a software update and calibrating, it works with his XBox One X. If you are ever, ever worried about if a product is truly sold out everywhere, check this site before ever coming to the conclusion it is no longer available.

Insulting they do not care about customers they cancel orders when we were relying on delivery without any explaination and they still do not offer any answers

Everything was going smooth until I was informed of the delay on my order. I understand that my item is stuck in flooded BC, but there must be some kind of work around.
