Text course and ordering driving record were down for quite a bit of time so another defensive driving class had to be purchased. Driving record was ordered elsewhere.
It was a quick and easy course, videos could be updated to keep learners attention. Videos had some interesting facts that I was not aware of. Overall I did learn a few things from the 6 hour course.
I am a commercial driver and in a lot of states and areas we (commercial vehicles) are restricted from being in the left lane. What I encounter on a daily basis is that there are drivers who do not go the speed limit in the middle lane which is our passing lane. I noticed in the first video that the driver who killed that person was driving in the far left lane and was not even mentioned. If he were in far right lane like the law states (keep right except to pass) he would not have had that van blocking his view and that collision would have been avoided. Also in the video with the bicyclist not once had you mentioned that bicyclist's speed which you said is the one thing that drivers' can control. If he would have slowed down then he wouldn't have crossed over into the oncoming lane and that collision with the car would have been avoided.
My experience was brief and effective. I was able to take the course in one day and regain the important notes to have while driving on the road.

Ok overall, when trying to register system wouldnt take my credit card or debit card. Took about 10-15 extra minutes to get signed up
I finished the course on my one day off of work and put off important school assignments only for the website to be down and not allow me to finish it until I had to email the company. The webpage is terrible. The only reason it isn't getting one star is because the customer service actually responded

It is informative and I am able to become a better driver through the course.
Its good as a referesher. I am learning alot once again, but i didnt notice i had to fill this out. You know driving has become hard for me i dont know how to feel safe again. Hopefully this, helps.
