After a long period of time I have had a wonderful experience with DealDash. With many successful auction wins only one has been a problem. After winning one auction for an item with three parts advertised to be included in a single shipment, The first part arrived within three weeks, a second part one week later and the third has yet to arrive. This after continued assurances from support it will arrive. I asked for a tracking number and was told the shipping number is unavailable.
This is the first and only time I have experienced a difficulty that may lead to a decline in confidence.
My items were delivered promptly. I had loads of fun playing. I will be returning when I have extra cash. Thank YOU!

On the rare occasions where I have had a problem with a product, customer service (different analysts same high quality of service) has always resolved the issue to my benefit.

It took me some time to understand the concept of some bid packs being available as a one time per user. But I appreciated how you evolved and became inventive and added bid packs to facilitate purchase of bids to long time loyal customers while growing your business and being fair to new customers. I also feel that the products you sponsor for new upcoming companies like Bolvaint and Ashley Avenue are quality.
A while back I complained of what I considered an excessive delivery date, about six months out. In the complaint I suggested that with these delivery times I will probably forgo any further bidding with DealDash. Your representative not only apologized for what was really out of his control but to make amends added 1000 complementary bids to my account. I was amazed and with this kind of customer caring will continue to visit your site.

I have won items for just a penny. Amazing and fun. I seen the television ad on Deal Dash and it's true about the being the fair and honest bidding site. Deal Dash often sends me sale opportunities to get in on the action which is nice to have when I'm looking to try a win a bid or two. :)
Deal Dash is very fair and easy to use. The website gives you a lot of helpful tips and I would take the time to read the tips before you start bidding. I am a big fan and have been bidding since 2016. Free shipping and delivery. If you do have a problem receiving an item, their customer service is top notch. They were very helpful and sweet. I have purchased multiple bids, but have only been successful once on a very inexpensive item that I probably could have purchased for the same price or less at a department store. I noticed the same small group of bidders always seem to win. And they buy up all the bids. Wish the site was actually fair and honest, as I hoped and expected it to be.
If you like to be competitive from just a little bit to a lot then here is the place were you can go and win, in and win. Not to mention that it is a lot of fun. Really don't know who is competing but as you bid you will find out the short stayer or long haulers. If you want an item then pick your strategy flow you instincts and guess what you will win
It is easy and you decide what you want and how much to spend on bids but they are cheap so again it is easy

I had some issues with a 3D printer. I contacted Customer service and explained the problem. They Immediately sent me a shipping label and told me they would replace the printer as soon as they received the old one. Thanks to James.
