I have never had a negative experience on DealDash. Saying it is an honest company/site just doesn't seem to say enough! Great opportunity for deals, Quick and free shipping. An opportunity to earn free bids, and to buy what you bid on an didn't win.
Items won or bought are faulty. Return information is ambiguous. Loosing several items when almost double of the winning number of bids are used seems "funny"
Especially looking at the number of bids that won the same items at an earlier auction. Several times when I was using my hand held I could not log into the
Automatic bid page. I have used all my bids and will make purchases of items at
Name Stores.
Been trying for a refund like advertised, they said 3-5 days, been 9days, no way to call them, going to BBB.
Deal Dash is a great auction as a beginner I have made a few mistakes. Each time I have contacted customer services, they got back with me in a very timely fashion and always answer my question very well this last time the mistake was mine due to I did not read the rules they explained the rules to me and gave me my bids back. They went above and beyond. Thanks so much deal dash one happy bibber! :) :)

I bought the hundred bid pack and later decided I change my mind, so I go to request a refund for all my money back because I hadn't used any of the bids at all, but guess what. Nobody responded and I don't have my money. Even though they claim you can get a refund apparently they don't give a crap

Deal Dash is a good site, but the prices are high and the number of bids you need to use to get an item are very high too. Newbies just keep hitting bid instead of taking their time and bidding less frequently. They run up the price and number of bids you have to use. The newbies run out of bids and then complain about the site. Even though bid prices are cheaper than other sites you need to use more so it averages out.
DealDash is a lot of fun. Customer Service is always there when you need them until you get the hang of it. They read the questions submitted to them carefully and answer the questions completely and effectively.

I bid on Deal Dash penny auction, I have several gift cards and many other nice items such as $ 150.00 set of silverware for pennies.
So far so good! Definitely presented in a far more appealing manner, with specific attention paid towards providing a superior level of enticing excitement via engaging entertainment & unique incentives in ways that address the various downfalls of the competing paid bid auction sites with insightful improvements as well as supplemental additions & irresistible opportunities of which are specifically geared towards customer attraction, interaction, repetition, satisfaction, as well as ultimate retention.

I had some good experiences with dealdash but one bad. I had won auction for 200 free bids and $250 walmart gift card. I recieved 200 free bids but never recieved gift card When i contacted dealdash they said giftcard was shipped. Do not bid on gift cards. They do not have secure way of sending them.

Dealdash was quick to respond to my questions. They were great in getting back to me.
I had a question on technical issues and they answered it quickly and directly to the point.
I contacted support because I couldn't remember what I had changed my password to and figured it would be some time before I got a response. It came in less than 5 minutes! I've never had that quick of service.

I bought a camcorder which was shipped by Sears. I received a portable charger instead. Sears made the mistake. At first I was told I would have to wait to get a return label from Sears, but today I was made very happy when Luisa sent an email telling me they will replace the camcorder and let me know when it goes out and I can do what I wish with the charger I received. I was unhappy with having to wait, but now I am thrilled to hear I will be getting a camera without having to go through Sears, For clarification, the camcorder was bought through Deal Dash and I used the buy it now option. Somewhere in the US somebody got a nice camcorder and someone is trying to find out where their battery is. This is all the fault of Sears since they put my address on the label for the wrong merchandise.
