We monitor reviews for authenticity
After going through the tutorial and placing a couple "free" bids, I was questioning the legitimacy of this website. First I did research on google to see what reviews I could find. Most came up fine. Then, I checked my bank account. I had TWO unauthorized pending transactions from DealDash totaling $156. They don't let you onto the website without adding your credit card info and they don't make it clear you are "purchasing" anything even before you get to the auctions. This is predatory behavior. I had to jump through hoops to figure out where this charge even came from and request a refund. They also don't have any customer service number- only email through their website- so it was impossible to get a hold of someone to figure out what even happened. Be aware and extremely cautious of this site. They will charge your card and claim it's "free bids". They will not make it easy to figure out how to contact them or get your money back. Now I have to wait until my bank releases the funds and hope BOTH unauthorized transactions are reversed.
I have had fun trying to win often however you must stay with it. I have been lucky and got most of the things I wanted. Some with more than two trys but even better when u finally win!

I am disappointed to find out the Hand Painted artwork I won showed up in a box from China. Not very rare and probably not worth the $3100 buy it now price tag. Also this is a product on their website that doesn't have reviews? Seems odd. And I cannot find this artwork anywhere else to see if it's worth the money. I would not have spent my money on this if I would have known.

Although I have been outbid numerous times, I have also won quite a few things. Love the variety of items that can be bid on, and the different value bid cards available.

I have been a member of Deal Dash since 2012, I have had so much fun! Not much to complain about in all that time, they excel in Customer Service and that means so much. I have had few problems but they were handled to my satisfaction and who could ask for more than that. There are a lot more bidders today than when I first started which makes it more difficult to win but its still fun and when I get a little extra money I usually share it with Deal Dash!

Total bs scam im filing complaint to get my money back. At minimum they use very deceptive marketing practices!

This is a complete scam they don't tell you the bids that you buy are just to bid they don't cover any of the actual price of the products so if you spend 80$ bidding then you win the 10$ Gift card to Burger King you won the bidding at 9$ you still have to pay 9$ for the card so the 10$ burger king card just cost you 89$ what a scam! I feel Like I got robbed I want my money back Please

My last three purchases have been Kamikoto knives. They are finely honed and a welcome edition to our cooking utensils. Other items appear overpriced and of unknown origin or made specifically for Deal Dash. Over-all my experience has been very positive. Auctioning off some brand name products would help my decision-making process.

I've tried over 32 auctions and never won and put in over 500 bids per auction it seems! Not worth time nor money

Deal Dash is not what it makes itself out to be. They claim that the option to "Buy Now" makes it so you always get your money back, but it's very misleading because ALL items are priced considerably higher then buying retail. You have to place so maybe bids by the time your auction is done, if you win, you often pay MORE because of the amount of bids you purchased and the bid price.
Like most things, it seemed too good to be true, and it is. Save your money.

The Retail Recommended Price from the supplier/brand themselves is the basis for the Buy It Now price. Kindly note, all items on DealDash come with warranty, which external retailers may not offer.
