The company enjoys a generally positive reputation for its extensive range of high-quality 3D products and a user-friendly shopping experience, with many customers appreciating the helpful support and prompt service. However, concerns have been raised regarding pricing strategies, particularly a perceived decline in value for membership benefits and issues with product search functionality. Additionally, some users have experienced bugs and crashes within the software, leading to frustration. Overall, while customer satisfaction is high regarding product quality and service, improvements in pricing transparency and software stability are needed to enhance the user experience further.

The store is easy to navigate however I wish the search could hone in a little better for items
The interface is not as intuitive as a similar interface like Honey Select 2
Works like a charm! Free products, coupons, wonderfull free software, great support staff. Want to start with 3D, this is the place to be.
Love your site, just wish I could block items I haven't wanted, ever.
Love your site, just wish I could block seeing the same items I haven't wanted, ever.
It's quick and easy to find something of interest and make the purchase.
Quick checkout. No Slow processing time when placing order for items.
Store is normally good with plenty of offers would be good to have more options to filter, i. E. type of item (clothing, hair, figure) or show items in whishlist
Daz is easy to navigate and fun to shop on. There are some issues I encounter when filtering but nothing that hinders my ability to shop.
Very fun i enjoy it because making render is my thing
I had applied a coupon discount to this order, and clicked too quickly through checkout to notice that the system had removed my coupon when I went to check out. So instead of just under $40, I ended up paying almost $80, which was not in my budget. That's not entirely DAZ's fault. I didn't pay enough attention, but randomly removing coupons hurts.
I really appreciate the sales and that I can still find Poser products.
A lot has changed in the past few years, and most of it hasn't suited my needs or preferences very well. The new concepts of "bundles" aren't as tempting or useful as the older style, and the hard push on NFTs makes me really uncomfortable.
Excellent as always. A great resource of assets an ideas.
The orders are safe and what I like is that it finds good discounts.
So easy to use generally but still trying to find the victoria 4 base model for some renders i had bought but cant use
Too expensive for very little. Store is slow to respond. The store itself needs more sorting options.
Changing the terms of an advertised sale during that sale (as was done twice today with the $5 featured sale) is despicable practice, and even against the law in some jurisdictions. This keeps happening, and it's unacceptable.
There's a vast number of assets and material here, but it's difficult to search. Why aren't there more categories like "Tutorial," "hair," "environment," etc.?
The search functionality is pretty bad, terrible even. There needs to be more significantly more subdivision of categories and more oversight to put things into standard categories (naming authority control, as we librarians call it)-for example, if I'm looking for Christmas items, I have to look for "Christmas," "Xmas," "Holiday," "Festive," "Merry," "Santa," "Gifts," and "Presents and that STILL won't get the Toymakers' Workshop. If I'm looking at a sale and would like to narrow it down to Hair for G8, I can't do that. I often want to look for environments or props in sales, and exclude characters, hair and clothes and I CAN'T DO THAT. I spend a metric fuckton of money with DAZ... and I would spend *more* if I could FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.
Answer: You get 3 free transfers then there is a cost to upgrade to unlimited. I found a much better program FaceGen Artist Pro. It's pricey at $139 but gives much better results than the built in face transfer.
Answer: Daz has a free transfer program on their website for blender, maya and many more. Works good!
Answer: No, Daz Studio does animation. You will render your animation series.
Answer: Daz3D will not read those files, as they are just text. However, the files can be "rendered" as an image, for use within Daz3D. Or, if you are asking about the other side of things, Daz3D can render images or video, which can be used along with your presentations. Both of those formats you mention, do not normally include "video formats". Neither of them are "image formats". PDF is just a text layout format for printing pages. MS-Word is just a text-formatting program, for use with printing too, for direct display in MS-Word, or on printed paper. However, it can export in other formats. (Not to be confused with "Word pad".) If you can put the words on an image, in any form, they can be used within Daz3D, for display. However, Daz does not have any form of "text-rendering code", to convert text into 3D objects.
Answer: When you register with the website, you will be given a code that is entered for you. If that fails, for whatever reason, you can go to your profile page and locate all "license codes", used to activate all the free items which may need them. (Or the paid programs, if you buy them.)
