Searching for stuff is almost too daunting. I've had to ask around for what to buy because the search function is too broad.

Tried to pay with my (stored) debit card 3 times and got an error each time. Finally paid with PayPal - using the same card - and it went through fine.

My only issue with the store is the search function still isn't great. It takes a number of searches to get the right content. Most of the times it seems I find what I want by luck. Other than that the process is smooth and easy to use.

DAZ3D has always been a good product. Very few complaints.
Hard to recommend your platform to new users with these prizes. You praise yourself as a progressive company just to cash in. Genesis 1 was a good concept but now you sell everything double and triple, sorry no recommendation from me towards my friends!
Your search engine could use some updating. I typed in something like New Cart and 20 or so packages came up. Not one of them was a New package. I've noticed in the past, depending on what I am looking for, the search engine isn't always very accurate or helpful.
DAZ makes my life a lot easier. Your staff is always polite and helpful. The orders are usually easy to process. My only complaint so far is it would be helpful to be able to send messages to the artists in order to make package suggestions... for instance, I would love to be able to suggest am English (shaggy) Sheep Dog package etc.
I don't like the change to adding items to the cart. It makes me lose my place and often get off the page which is frustrating.
My membership always pays dividends and saves me $$$ on all my purchases.
Very easy to search for the content I'm looking for, very easy to purchase and download, very easy to install and use. Don't change anything -- seriously, it's working fine, so don't mess with it.
