Agree with everyone else that this site is a scam. I have emailed the company four times over the last week and have not had a response other than the automated one saying they will get back to me within one day. It is very hard to know whether real people have seen your profile and contacted you, or if it their matching system sending automatic emails on their behalf, so you may receive emails from people who have not been using the site at all recently. Sometimes a 'chat' pops up allegedly from their staff offering you a discounted membership, but twice I have tried to 'chat' back and there is clearly no-one at the other end of the computer.
Its so disappointing because I will always be left wondering who, if any, are the genuine guys who have tried to contact me - but I am not prepared to pay nearly £200 for three months just to find out that they are no more than java applets!

I sensed something was up about this site. I didn't join, thanks to all the reviews on this site. I appreciate it. I entered my info/pics on sunday but didn't join and by wednesday I had 150 emails in my personal email account. I was like "wtf" most were "fast matches" but I had about 10 "custom" matches. Some seemed a little fishy. I'm so thankful I found this site with the reviews. I hope this site stays true and nobody puts fake reviews on it.

I recently joined and I also received lots of emails from good looking successful men who are so rich, yet are not full members. That is completely taking the Michael. I could not reply or read my messages without paying a huge fee. So, I emailed the guys back - you can do this if you go into their profile and send a quick message. I let them know that I was a standard member etc and could not read their messages. Needless to say not ONE of these guys that I replied to has replied back to me. Yet, I'm still receiving lots of emails from other good looking guys. I do feel it is a scam and I'm so glad I came across this review!

Scam and sham. This site is set up to entice women with the good looks of the men on the site to get them to pay for the site's services but in turn receive little or no benefit for what they have paid for.

This site known as a niche site because it caters to the height preferences that some ladies are seeking with men is a site full of negativity that is only for the purpose of seducing money out of the pockets of ladies.

This date tall men site is actually dating with trickery as well as tragedy.

Unlike many of you I joined this site and met a man with whom I chatted with for a number of weeks on the site. The relationship progressed and although he lived in a different country we met up and continued to write to each other daily.
This site pushes the fact that its members are verified properly and indeed this chap had such a status. He turned out to be an utter sociopath, with psychological issues.
This chap could not have been verified and luckily I have a background in working with people with psychiatric problems so was able to spot the signs,
This site is linked to the Elite service and happily seems to pass on details between the sites unknown to its clients I think.
It is a total scam site and should be closed down.

Total scam. While I was checking it out as a "free" member, I received several emails from some very attractive men. Most in the U.S. but all were hundreds of miles from me. Anyway, I eventually signed on for the least expensive, 30 day membership. I then responded to the suitors whom I was interested in. Not surprisingly, I never heard back from 3 of 4 whom I replied to. The fourth person and I had a brief email exchange. Since then, my emails to anyone on the site (either to date or to the "staff") have gone unanswered. What's even more damning, is that I've received a response email to someone I never SENT an email to. Funny, all these attractive male "members" have clear, almost professional looking profile photos. Does anyone know how we can proceed to get a suit against this scam of a site?

MAJOR SCAM! I am 46 year young single white female. The last time I was on dating website (about 3 years ago) only the 50+ year old men were interested.

I did not provide any information to date tallmen.com ( i. E. bio, stats, pictures, etc) and I have received over 100 emails from hot young guys (10-15 years younger) yummy model types that appear to belong to the wealthy oligarchitc caste. In order to view these e-mails and respond I had to sign up. I thought it was to good to be true.

In addition, I reviewed the questions and there is a section on profession, annual income and net worth that seems to be out of line! I would be worried about this site getting my credit card info!

This is a fake website. I joined for free, and each day since, I've gotten "supposed messages" from the most gorgeous men! This has been going on for weeks. Then yesterday I received a "message" from what looked like the actor who plays the hunky "Alcid" on "TrueBlood"- Joe Manganiello. I got suspicious because I verified some of these actors pictures online, and sure enough! This scam site used Joe Manganiello's photos on a fake profile! Thank goodness for this site. Heed our warnings people!

This is a scam website for sure. I suspected it when I saw the photos of the men emailing me. They look like professional photographs. The men that enticed me to join were extremely handsome and it was just to good to be true. I believe the website pays them to entice women and have them send us email or the dating site send the emails on their behalf. It smells like a scam it is one. And yes I was suckered into paying $99 to access the website. Darn, what I could've done with that money instead of throwing it away on a scam. Don't join!

If they had tried it back in the mid to early 90's they probably would have made a small fortune by now, however they apparently weren't even out of grammar/middle school at that time. It is so obviously bogus that it is actually funny. If ggod looking men like the ones they broadcast were straight they wouldn't be on anybodies website looking for love, sex or money. I am sure that 90% or greater are between job models or actors. I am not butt ugly by a long shot, but on my best day at height of my physically prime youthful reproductive years, I would never have been given the time of day from any men of that caliber of physical/visual prowess. I do not have self esteem issues or self loathing, I am however a realist and this site is the equivalent of a politician telling you they are not a crook or an overweight Chef telling you they have a thyroid problem. The most irritating issue is that they insult your intelligence by attempting to feed you wax fruit, it's like give me a friggin break you morons, no one with an I. Q. higher than 85 is going to buy into this hokey, poorly contrived BS. Check it out for a good laugh but do not invest a dime with these idiots, I didn't. Oh and getting your profile removed is virtually impossible, you have to go in and change your profile and put really offensive verbiage up to get them to cancel it. But, don't be surprise if you go back after months and your profile has been reactivated and tweaked.
