On a surface, we would like to clarify that 19.99$ is a promotional subscription rate offered in the initial membership month along with certain amount of credits, and once the said credits run out the platform would offer some packages on different rates including that of 99$ that you can use to continue using the services. For instance, Sending a letter would cost 10 credits each the same reading one. If however, in need of further clarification and unfortunately no resolution has been provided yet, Please don't hesitate to bring this to our attention at [email protected].
