Good value products, I've been a customer for a long time. Only thing I don't like is that it has transitioned to online only. I do think you've done a great job with the online resources, especially the product videos, so even as an online only store, I would rate you very highly. Still, I loved being able to go in and check out products before buying in the past, and that was a critical factor in building trust in the brand in the past. Worth noting that if I was a new customer and limited to online only, I would be more hesitant, as I am with other online stores. If you have the capacity to open your doors again, I think that would be great.
