I ordered a the zaca fq20 jacket and the stitching close to the zipper was off so it would always catch when you zip it up. Well I had wore it out the store when it shipped in without noticing until I got home. Reading Cycle Gears policies I pretty much contacted alpinestars directly to fix the issue. Im out an extra $16 to ship it to them and eta to fix is about 3-4 weeks. So that sucks lesson learned.

The process was super quick and simple. I went in for a certain helmet but they didnt have my size on hand so I went to the register and paid for the correct size and 3 days later it was delivered.
Ordering in store was very easy and quick.When I came to pick up my order the associate saw me pull up and had my order at the register as I entered the store. I'm always treated with the upmost courtesy whenever I'm in the store.

Travis knows his stuff and made sure to go over all my replacement shield options till I could make the right choice for me. Once it arrived he carefully replaced shield and applied the defogger piece. Much better ride now that I see clear again.

It was a good job. I got my tire on time and installed on rim for a good price.
Most of the times I have no problem with my shipping, but my helmet decided it wanted to delay for an extra 2 days so I was unable to test it when I needed to. Apart from that most of the time my shipments come on time. But I was a little saddened when I waited the whole day just for my package to be delayed.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
