Bought a helmet online and picked it up at the store a week later. Easy pick up and returns seem easy too.

Walked into the store and was greeted by John at Cycle Gear Schaumburg. He helped me get the helmet I've been eyeing and made the whole process easy peasy as usual.

My mom and I had a good experience the employees were very helpful and kind they also related to us and made us feel comfortable. We ended up ordering on line and our purchase came 2 days earlier then expected. Overall would recommend

No mess, no fuss, no worries, and helmet arrived early.

I really enjoy Cycle Gear. My order shipped separately but everything got to me sooner than it said it would. I really enjoyed the products and quality of everything I got.

The clothing looks great and the store pickup was easy, except that there was no option for a gift receipt. So if the recipient needs a different size, or returns it for whatever reason, the clothing amount is returned to MY account. He can't even exchange or get store credit. I won't purchase a gift from there again.

Im glad these are true to size. Stiff but once broken in, it should ve good to go. Very satisfied with style, fitment, and walking does not bother me at all.

Product better than expected and arrived earlier than expected

Large selection of tires was available but was able to select what I wanted quickly.

But ordering was good and received in a timely manner

The gloves came in perfect condition. The size was what I expected it to be. It was a little stiff at first but after an hour it started to get more flexible. The gloves feel super secure with the double straps and they are flexible enough to give me a great range of motion.

I'm assuming this is my helmet purchase as I answered a previous survey after I bought a jacket, jeans and gloves. Jose (?) was very helpful in taking my head measurement and directing me in trying on helmets. I came back a couple weeks later and bought a Shoei Neotech II. Very happy with it thus far.

I ordered tires. Arrived within 3-days at store. Currently arranging to have them installed on my rims. My problem is that I have to take them off my cycle and bring them to the shop. I don't have the tools, the torque wrenches or the strength at 68 years old.

The person that helped was extremely helpful. They helped me find the right size and style of helmet that best fits to me head. They were also extremely helpful in explaining the differences and details.

It was great to find a pair of gloves that was reasonably priced.
