I bought a new Nexx helmet with 3/4 face shield and another sun shield that pulls down. It is light and allows lots of air circulation for the hot summer months.

Product as expected. Order came quickly! Quality product.

The girl at the front counter in the store in Novi ordered the shield for me.

Pretty easy. Price was right. Nice pants. Good fit. Nice knee armor. Would have been good to have hip pads as well.

Change the 24/7 shipping on delivery, I paid an extra 35 for it and it doesn't even come the next day. I waited the normal time 3-4 days and I paid. I ordered on Monday around 2pm expecting it Tuesday and ended up getting it Thursday. I even called and was told it's actually not even next day delivery it just gets shipped out the next day and it doesn't get in route until the carrier gets it and takes it out. So, I would either take that off the site because it's not actually next day shipping or reduce the price or actually ship it out the next day.

While Cycle Gear didn't have the front brake pads I needed in stock, the clerk was very helpful in placing an order for them. She informed me they would arrive at my house in 48 hours (which they did) and the product was spot on. Sorry that I forgot her name, but would like to give her a big shoutout.

I ordered them at the store so that they could have them shipped to the store in case I needed to exchange for another size. Which is easier than having them delivered to the home. And if you are out riding, might as well stop by.

To small to my regular Levis (same size) The back was cut way to low and had plumbers crack

CycleGear is great to shop from because of their extensive filters for products (size, features, ratings, etc). And then it's great to be able to return things to the store if they don't fit.

I had a few simple questions and the woman on the phone was very courteous and got me all the information and parts that I needed! Great experience overall.

I've tried shopping at my local cycle gear in Richmond since they opened, and every time I've visited, I've felt disappointed either by the products or the service. This time was no different. CycleGear brags on their ability to mount tires, and at one point it was a walk-in service. I had several friends who had used it and raved about it, but I prefer doing it myself. However, I've been working long shifts and had a big ride planned for the weekend and figured I'd kill two birds with one stone, and have the tire shipped to store and get it changed when I picked it up. I was promptly let down when I picked it up by the fact that it's now a 2+ day wait to have a tire changed and it's "when they have time" as the employee told me. I ended up doing it myself anyways and wasting time and gas driving 2 hours out of my way to visit the store. It's a mistake I won't continue making

Great service, still need to put thr shield on the helmet, but it should be great.
