My dad and I went into this store to buy a full face helmet. The sales associate was very helpful, but not intrusive and did not hover over us. I tried a number of helmets, and once I selected one the associate ordered a new one online and it was shipped directly to my house. It arrived 3 days later and is exactly as expected. I'm very happy with it

I ordered the tires for the reduced cost of mount and balance. When I dropped my wheels off, I was told they cannot install my tires on those types of rims if a store will not install them that should be announced on the website when ordering since I have to select my make and model. Kudos to the manager who gave me store credit for my headaches, but it could've been prevented.
My order took two weeks to ship out and deliver. It said there was a 3-5 window for shipping and it took 2 weeks.

Products are as advertised and work great, but the delivery was through FedEx and it kept getting pushed back. Each time It was the day I was expecting them to arrive, I would see an email with a new date. Other then that, I am happy with my purchases.
